Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pole,laying of cables etc in Hard and dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.00m in depth for foundation of pole, laying of cables etc in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to UG cable including punning gently all as directed. Note : Depth after punning shall be measured and paid.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundtion of PCC poles/struts all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundtion of pole/stay assembly etc including necessary form work, all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for padestal/coping around poles, including necessary form work, finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed.

Taking out sub class burnt bricks from the trenches and stacking at site serviceable /unserviceable bricks for reuse.

Supply and laying sub class old 'B' burnt bricks laid as cable protection cover complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only sub class brunt bricks as cable protection cover all as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable Steel poles/struts, any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws, type 410 SP-31 (09 Mtr long) including two coats of bituminous paint internally and externally for the portion embedded in concrete and two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to external/exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Excavation/PCC will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the existing PVC/XLPE, 1100 volts grade, LT UG electric cable with glands, cable protection pipes etc., complete from the trenches/fixed on wall removing the unserviceable fault cable and carefully stacking the serviceable cable for reusing all as specified and directed by the Engr-in- charge for the following sizes of cable. Note:- Excavation and Earth work shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items all as per existing make

(a) 6 Sqmm 2 core

(b) 10 Sqmm 2 core

Re-Laying only in trenches/fixed on wall (or) passing through pipes/in floors, connecting up testing and commissioning of Serviceable PVC/XLPE , 1100 volts grade, LT UG electric cable obtained vide item No 7 above all as per existing make complete all as sepcified and directed for the following sizes of cable :-

(a) 35sqmm 3.5 core

(b) 50sqmm 3.5 core

(c) 70sqmm 3.5 core

(d) 95sqmm 3.5 core

Supplying & laying, XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor, 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed for following size of cable :-

(a) 6 sqmm 2 core

(b) 10 sqmm 2 core .

(c) 10 sqmm 4 core .

(d) 16 sqmm 4 core .

(e) 35 sqmm 3.5 core

(f) 50 sqmm 3.5 core

(g) 70 sqmm 3.5 core

Supply and jointing straight through heat shrink joint kit for PVC/XLPE LT UG cable for cable of following sizes :-

(a) 25 sqmm 3.5 core .

(b) 35 sqmm 3.5 core .

(c) 50 sqmm 3.5 core

(d) 95 sqmm 3.5 core

S&F, in repair, GI pipe 80mm bore, light grade, laid below road / fixed along the poles / walls with necessary clamping, etc complete all as per specified and directed.

S&F, in repair, GI pipe, 40mm bore, light grade, laid below road/fixed along the poles / walls with necessary clamping, etc complete all as per specified and directed.

Dismantling of old un-serviceable ACSR conductor of any size and make from LT over head line complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ACSR squeral type conductor of any size drawn for over head line fixed to insulator with binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-stringing of existing LT aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) on over head line of any size on RCC / steel tubular pole by removing of binding wire from insulator and rebinding with aluminium binding wire including fixing of jumpers where necessary complete all as per specified and directed. Note: - Each conductor will be measured separately as one RM for payment.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1, complete with galvanised stay strand of size 7/3.5mm with vitreous porcelain loop type insulator, white, brown or green with over all dimension 65x90 mm, clearance of hole16 mm, stay clamps made out of FI 50mmx 6 mm complete with nut, bolts and washer of galvanised iron including excavation & earthwork in any type of soil and concrete work in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate (Pit size 800x600x1200mm) complete all as specified and directed and including taking down old stay assembly.

M&L, in repair, Pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volt grade including taking down unservicebale insulator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, in repair, shackle type insulator, porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green, 75 mm height, 90 mm dia for working pressure 1100 volt grade including galvanized mild steel straps, 31 x 3 mm washers, insulator GI bolts of 12 mm dia including taking down unservicebale insulator complete all as specified and directed.

Suplying, fabricating & fixing structural mild steel channel, angle, iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrications of cross arms, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffeners,eye hooks, bolts,pole clamps and back plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding banding cold , or hot drilling holes for insulators bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete.

M&L for horinzontal borring under the road in soft/loose strata for insertion of GI tube up to 80mm bore all as directed.

M&L, in repairs, earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test point using as earth lead all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note : Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions;-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 M.[ii]. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. Disconnecting the existing Unserviceable MCCB, taking out from the panel board and replace by S&F new MCCB, thermal & adjustable magnetic setting, fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable, including nuts bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity of MCCB :-

(a) MCCB of rating 250 Amp, 35/36 KA breaking capacity, 4 pole.

(b) MCCB of rating 200 Amp, 36 KA breaking capacity, 4 pole.

(c) MCCB of rating 160 Amp, 36 KA breaking capacity, 4 pole.

(d) MCCB of rating 125 Amp, 36 KA breaking capacity, 4 pole.

(e) MCCB of rating 100 Amp, 25 KA breaking capacity, 4 pole.

(f) MCCB of rating 63 Amp, 16 KA breaking capacity, 4 pole.

Disconnecting the existing Unserviceable MCCB, taking out from the panel board and replace by S&F new MCCB, thermal & adjustable magnetic setting, fixed in existing panel and connecting with existing cable, including nuts bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed. Supply and erecting of CI Cable path indicators made out of MS sheet duly marked with LT cable 415 volts and with MS angle embeded in PCC 1:4:8 with 60 cm below ground level and 30cm above ground with sheet paintedby " Blue colour” complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for painting of indoor/outdoor LT panel of any size with two coats of synthetic enamel grey colour paint after throughly scrapping/cleaning the rushed portion and fixing the LT panel door properly do the welding work if necessary and miscelleneous items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
