M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces including welding work to doors of panels/feeder pillars/junction boxes, replacing hinges with locking arrangement and applying one coat of synthetic enamel ivory paint (smoke grey/ivory colour) after disconnecting all electrical connections and reconnecting after painting complete all as specified and as directed
