Repairs to High Pressure Hydraulic Hose Assembly (4800 psi) of Snow Cat Tractor 9919 by P/F of one hydraulic hose assembly, length 10 ft(3.05 m), working pressure 4800 psi (330 bar),constructed from 4-spiral wire reinforced synthetic rubber hose, conforming to SAE 100R12 / EN 856 standards. Hose to be oil and abrasion resistant, with minimum burst pressure 4 × working pressure (≈19,200 psi). Hose ends shall be crimped steel fittings of appropriate size and thread type (BSP/JIC/ORFS), pressure tested at 1.5 × working pressure (≈7200 psi). Repair to Snow Plough Cutting Blades (MS Steel) of Snow Cat Tractor 9920 by way of dismantling of the blade by way of cutting of nut and bolts with the help of gas welding. The snow plough cutting blades shall be fabricated from mild steel plates conforming to IS 2062 Grade A, with hardness up to ~130 BHN. Each blade shall measure 6 ft 6”in length, 8” in width, and 1” in (25.4 mm) in thickness. -02 no blades. The plates shall be supplied in plain condition and subsequently drilled and fitted by the department to suit the mounting pattern of the tractor plough frame. The approximate weight per blade is calculated as: Volume = 1.98 m × 0.18 m × 0.025 m = 0.00891 m³ Weight = Volume × Density of Steel (7850 kg/m³) ≈ 70 kg per blade Dimensions for Bolt Holes, using 20 mm dia high tensile bolts (Grade 8.8/10.9, IS 1367).
