CONSTRUCTION OF CABLE TRENCH

Dismantling flooring tiles laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material conveniently including the hire charges of all tools and plants and disposal of debris conveniently with all leads and lifts as directed by the officers concerned. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling existing interlocking paver blocks and stacking of serviceable material conveniently including the hire charges of all tools and plants and disposal of debris conveniently with all leads and lifts as directed by the officers concerned.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within all leads and lifts as directed by the officers concerned.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads and lifts as directed by the officers concerned.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas including disposal of excavated earth, within all leads and lifts, and refilling the excavated earth, levelled and neatly dressed etc complete as directed by the officers concerned. All kinds of soil.

Cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges of all tools & plants and cost of curing etc complete as directed by the officers concerned :All work up to plinth level:-1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement but including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges of all tools & plants and cost of curing etc complete as directed by the officers concerned.- All work up to plinth level 1:1:5:3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form, including all labour charges, hire charges of form work/ shuttering work, tools & plants etc complete upto plinth level as directed by the officers concerned for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges of all tools & plants etc complete as directed by the officers concerned complete upto plinth level.(Thermo Mechanically treated bars)

Brick work using cc solid blocks of any size having a minimum compressive strength of 5N/mm² in plinth in cement mortar 1:6 including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges of all tools and plants complete as directed by the officers concerned.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3, 6mm thick using fine sand, floated hard and trowelled smooth, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges of all tools & plants and cost of curing etc complete as directed by the officers concerned. 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Plastering work with cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick cement plaster floated hard and trowelled smooth, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges of all tools & plants and cost of curing etc complete as directed by the officers concerned. 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing MS chequered plate of 10mm thick over cable trench including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, hire charges of all tools & plants etc complete as directed by the officers concerned
