Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil with all leads and lift including rough dressing breaking clods and leveling bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the working area etc. complete as directed E.I.C.

Providing sand filling foundation and plinth including watering and ramming etc. complete with all cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes and cess with all labour and T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete (1:3:6) mix with 40mm nominal size C.B. stone aggregate in foundations upto a depth of 1.50 m. below ground level and upto a height of 1.50m. above ground level / bed level including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges complete or as per direction of E.I.C.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) nominal mix with 12mm size stone aggregates including cost ,carriage , royality,taxces of all materials T & P and cost of labour as per Specification & Direction of E.I.C.

Extra lift of 1.5m or part there of over the initial lift of 1.5m in all kinds of embankments and road works and ordinary earth work in general.1st Extra loft of 1.5m(up to 7.5m)etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly ash Brick Masonry in Cement Mortar (1:6) using bricks of size (25 Cm. x 12 Cm. x 8Cm.) in Superstructure including all cost, conveyance etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm thick Cement Plaster (1:6) over Brick Masonry finished smooth in Out side wall including all cost , conveying .etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and Fixing of M.S. Grills, M.S.Doors, M.S. Gate etc including cost,conveyance of all materials,priming,and labour for fitting fixing etc.complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying Fitting, fixing up fully glazed aluminium framed window (sliding type) made up aluminium section 9778 as window frame, section 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of all materials, all taxes, labour, T&P excluding cost of glass etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Ceramic wall tiles of premium grade of size 300x200/200x200mm having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm confirming to IS 13753 in dadoes, skirting and risers of steps laid on 12 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement : 3 course sand) jointed with slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying CERAMIC FLOOR TILES of premium grade and of approved size & shade in flooring on a bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand) finished with flush pointing in white cement & pigment to match the shade of the tiles etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials labour T & P etc. as per direction of Engineer -In -charge. in Ground Floor

Providing and Applying two coat of Weather coat of approved shade including cost of weathercoat including all etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of distemper etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with approved Enamel Paint on wood work and Steel work including all cost of materials and labour etc complete as per specification and direction of E.I.C.
