Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, buzzer, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceilling roses, pendants , regulators, sockets light fitting etc for taking credit removing from site and making good disturbed surface etc.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm cable FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed copper multistranded conductor, 1100 V grade of size 1.5 sqmm including necessary termination board 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS copper conductor as earthing and connected to common earthing with PVC heavy duty casing caping/PVC conduit ISI marked as rquired at site along with all accessories and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ ceiling etc for the following : -

(a) One light point/ one fan point/ Bell Point controlled by one switch

(b) One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amp independent

(c) All as per item 2 (b) here - in - before but One 3 pin socket outlet 5Amps on same board with other switches Note : Colour coding for point and sub main wiring should be maintained at site. Incase of any deviation necessary recovery will be made as applicable.

All as per item No 2 above but for point wiring for power point with 2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable 1100 Volt grade drawn through and including PVC casing caping heavy duty ISI marked /heavy duty conduit ISI marked as required at site alongwith accessories with 1.5 Sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earthing wire and connected to common earth complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosures distribution boards,double door 4 way three phase 415 volts MCCB,ISOLATOR&MCB,s comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following (a) MCCB 4 Pole 100 AMPS AC 415 V 10 KA=01 NO as incoming & outgoing MCB SP-12 No 40 AMP (Note :- (i)The DB shall be of VTPN series (ii) The DB shall be flush fixed ,and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost.(iii)connection of theMCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble -properly crimped.(1v) all the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (v) double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly.

Supply and fixing in repair under ground XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade laid in trenches / passing through GI pipe / on pole / on wall of size 25 sq mm 4core complete all as specified .

Supply and fixing in repair under ground XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade laid in trenches / passing through GI pipe / on pole / on wall of size 16 sq mm 4core complete all as specified .

Supply and fixing in repair under ground XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade laid in trenches / passing through GI pipe / on pole / on wall of size 10 sq mm 4core complete all as specified .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in depth for laying of cables including getting out in hard soil complete all as specified and directed. (cable shall be laid 60 cm below ground level )

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Sand cushioning for cables with hight of cushioning as 8 cm below the cable and 15 cm above the cable all as specified and directed .

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type-1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing G I tubing 40 mm dia light grade galvanised with all fittting and fixed fix on wall ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and direceted at site .

Supply and fix in repair casing and caping 25mm/PVC heavy duty including all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode60cmX60cmX6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire of 4.0 mm dia by means of nuts bolts, washers, check nuts of iron or steel including PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) and necessary earth work in any type of soil medium grade GI watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15mm bore GI pipe light grade protection pipe upto test point etc including excavation and charcoal, common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I. all specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 69225.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Sec-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
