Bidder should have provided manpower services to any Government Department / Organization /Institutions Govt. undertaking/Reputed Private Sector in any one of the last three financial years, i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025. a) If the bidder submits work order & satisfactory letter for less than 60 numbers in any one of the last three financial years, i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025, than zero points will be allocated. b) If the bidder submits work order& satisfactory letter for 60 to 100 or more numbers in any one of the last three financial years, i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025, then 20 points will be allocated. c) If bidder submits work order & satisfactory letter for 101 or more numbers in any one of the last three financial years i.e 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025, then 25 points will be allocated.

Salary paid details to 60 number of staffs from Jan 2025 to Dec 2025. (Account statement)

Total Years of Experience in the field of Manpower Services (Determined from the year of Labour Registration). Firms with less than three years experience, than zero points will be allocated

Presentation to the committee on the Training schedules to staff & the proposed methodology (work plan) with value addition to the present deployment. (Presentation will be evaluated by a panel appointed by KMVSTDCL on the aspects defined in scoring criteria. Date of Presentation will be intimated).

Registration Certificate of EPF, Registration Certificate of ESI, Labour Registration certificate, ISO certificate (2.5 points each for each certificate)

ESI, EPF paid challans and ECR Statement to 60 number of staffs from Jan 2025 to Dec 2025.

Annual Turnover statement of 3 financial years, i.e., 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025. Certified by Chartered Accountant as per format enclosed. a) If bidder is having annual turnover of Rupees One time the estimated value in the any one of the financial years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-2025) 10 points will be allocated. b) If bidder is having annual turnover Less than Rupees One time the estimated value zero points will be allocated.
