Replacement of Primary Gas Coolers 2 and 3 in site C of Coal Chemicals Department at RSP

• 1. The bidder (sole or consortium) should have carried out design (Basic engineering), supply, erection or supervision of erection and commissioning of Primary Gas Cooler of Coke Ovens By-Product Plant in a single project in any Govt. Organization/PSU/Public Limited Company/Joint Venture Company wherein at least one partner shall be Central / State Govt. Organization/ PSU during last 20 years as on date of NIT.

The following self-attested documents to be submitted in support of the technical eligibility:-

a) Copy of purchase order/ Contract Agreement/ work order issued by the client.

b) Commissioning certificate/ final acceptance certificate/ job completion certificate/ performance certificate from the client for work/ works listed at sl. no. a) along with contact person’s name, email-id and mobile/telephone no. of the client.

• In case the Bidder is in consortium:

a) One or more of the consortium members (maximum two consortium members are permitted) can either individually or together, fulfill the criteria of Para No. A above.

b) The responsibility of design/ engineering, supply, erection/ supervision of erection and commissioning/supervision of commissioning should be taken up in the responsibility matrix by the respective members who fulfill the criteria as per Para no. A.

c) Leader of consortium should be the member having maximum job or share of work in value terms.

Bidder has to submit notarized copy of Memorandum of Agreement and Responsibility matrix indicating percentage of scope of work to be carried out by each member in value terms of total contract value.

Self-attested copies of the following documents showing experience as per their responsibility matrix for each member of consortium, as applicable, should be submitted by the bidder in support of the above:

a. Copy of purchase order/ Contract Agreement/ work order issued by the client.

b. Commissioning certificate/ final acceptance certificate/ job completion certificate/ performance certificate from the client for work/ works listed at sl. no. (a) along with contact person’s name, email-id and mobile/telephone no. of the client.

• The average annual financial turnover of the bidder in last three consecutive financial years ending March 2024 shall be at least Rs. 6.0 Crore (Rupees Six Crore only).

The average annual financial turnover of the consortium member in last three consecutive financial years ending March 2024 shall be at least Rs 6.0 crore × % of scope of work in value terms of total contract value declared in Consortium Agreement (MoA).

Turnover shall have the meaning ascribed to in section 2(91) of the Companies Act, 2013 or its subsequent revisions.

The bidder (each member of the consortium; in case of consortium bidding) shall submit audited annual financial reports in support of the above.

Net worth of the bidder (each member of the consortium in case of consortium bidding) should be positive as per the Audited annual accounts in the latest financial year of the three financial years considered for turnover.

Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility certified by the CA members of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India), shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).
