Erection of the following materials

Fabrication of all size of MS Channel/ MS Angle / MS Flat as per specification& direction of the Eng. In Charge.

Erection of 9.0mtrs length of P.C.C POLE at any kind of soil upto a depth of 1/6 th of pole height, including excavation of earth, refilling the pit with with soil upto the ground level, ramming and making complete in all respect.

Erection of painted stay set complete direct in earth with 16 mm. dia. 1.8 mtr. long painted stay rod, anchor plate of size 300 X 300 X 8 mm. thick, turn buckle of length 356 mm. with 300 mm. long threaded adjustable 16 mm. dia. MS rod and thimble including erection of 11 KV/LT guy insulator, galvanised stay stranded wire etc. as per direction of the Eng. In Charge.

Erection of fabricated MS Channel/ Angle cross arms with clamps , nuts& bolts complete as reqd on pole as per Technical specification.

b) 2.8 mtr long channel(100X50X50X 6mm) for Sub-station etc.

Erection of 11 KV disc insulator (polimeric) along with necessary fittings.

Erection of 11KV polimeric Pin Insulator with GI Pin complete.

Fixing of cross lacing/ for providing cradle/cage guarding for HT Line by G.I.(8-SWG) wire as per TS.

Laying of one number XLPE power cable of size 11 KV grade direct in ground i/c excavation sand coushioning protective covering and refilling the trench as reqd as per TS and direction of the engineer in charge.( Trench size:- w=350mm, H=1200 mm,/ sand coushioning h-250mm, w-350 mm protection D-:- double layer of Brick)

Laying of one number XLPE power cable of size 11 KV grade HDPE for riser i/c tie up of pipe with pole by the help of MS flatciampas reqd as per TS and direction of the engineer in charge.

Laying and supplying of 250mm wide and 100 micron thick HDDPE pre-warning yellow colour tape printed in RED letter In English as COUTION ELECTRIC POWER CABLE place 500mmdepth from ground level along the cable route.

Laying of one number XLPE power cable of size 11 KV grade through 100mm GI pipe through boring /manually digging/horizontally or diagonally for road crossing direct into earth/ground depth 1100 mm below the surface without effecting ther existing road i/c excavation of earth for entry pit as per site condition as reqd as per TS and as per direction of the engineer in charge.

Coiling of excess Single/3core/3½ Core, upto to 400sqmm, HV/MV, XLPE insulated, armoured power Cable direct into earth including excavation of earth upto a depth of 1500mm (Size pit should be 2250mmX2250mm or as per site requirement.) including 1st class brick protection of two layer flat brick soling , 300 mm. Fine sand (Local quary) for cushioning/bed and refilling and ramming the excavated soil as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Stringing of ACSR (6/1/2.59 mm ) or equivalent AAS including laying, hoisting, binding & jumpering with PG clamp etc as reqd. as per Technical specification.

Stringing of 8-SWG G.I. Wire including laying, hoisting, binding etc as reqd. as per Technical specification.

Erection of 11KV 200 Amp. GOS unit set of three nos. including necessary connection complete as per technical specification.(Excluding the cost of back clamp,Nuts & Bolts)

Erection of 11KV DOF unit set of three nos. including necessary connection complete as per technical specification.(Excluding the cost of back clamp,Nuts & Bolts)

Erection of 9 KV, 5 KA single pole metal Oxide gapless surze type LA suitable for nominal system voltage of 11 KV including necessary connection as per TS.

Supply and erection of earthing set by 2.5 mtr long G.I.pipe (ISI marked) of 40 mm diameter with holes including a pair of clamps of 50x6mm M.S flat&12mm dia galvanized nuts &bolts long with alternate layers of salt&charcoal with supply of GI pipe AS per REC specification & design.

Installation/Positioning of 11/0.430KV,3-Phase 63KVA of Distribution Transformer on Pole with necessary connections & fitting fixing of all allied accessories components as required for making complete in all respect for energizing.

Fixing of LT cut out with necessary cable connections including

Providing Three Phase Service Connection with laying PVC cable from nearby Electrical pole to Premises upto 35mtr. in length supported by G.I.Wire,Reel Insulator i/c fitting fixing of Energy Meter as required .

Providing of Pre-cast cement concretecable identification route marker (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centring and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3(1cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding the plastering of jambs, sills and soffits as per design, drawing and specification of TSECL. The marker shall be embossed "DANGERS: TSECL, ELECTRIC POWER CABLE" with Black colour letter(both side). The visible part shall be painted with Yellow colour japan paint. (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centring and shuttering, roughening cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3(1cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete, excluding the plastering of jambs, sills and soffits.

Supplying and Making Outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core,70sqmm XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade .

Carriage of 63 KVA Transformer from Store Sub-Division, AD Nagar to Bishalgarh stackyard by Mechanical Transport, Handcart, Manual labour, etc as required including loading/unloading & stacking etc. as per direction of the Egn.-In - Charge.(upto 25KM)

Carriage of 9 mtr.long PCC Pole from Sub-divisional Store / Stack yard to work site within Bishalgarh / Dukli Block by Mechanical Transport, Handcart, Manual labour, etc as required including loading / unloading & stacking etc. as per direction of the Engineer-In - Charge.

Carriage of line materials from Sub-divisional Store to work site within Bishalgarh /Dukli Block by Mechanical Transport, Handcart, Manual labour,etc as required i/c loading/unloading & stacking etc. as per direction of the Egn.-In -Charge.

Carriage of line materials (upto 2 MT) from Store Sub-Division, AD Nagar, Agartala to following Sub-Divisional/ Sectional Store by Mechanical Transport including loading/ unloading & stacking etc.as required as per direction of the Egn.-In - Charge.(up to 25 Km)
