Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 8000 lpm at 26 m Head (as per existing) Electric driven Condenser Pump suitable for automatic operation and consisting of following, complete in all respects, as required including removing the existing pump set: (a) Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal, split casing pump of cast iron body & bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal conforming to IS 1520. (Make: Beacon Pump, Model:SDB200 200)

Supplying and installing following size of perforated HotDipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required.

Providing and fixing in position the industrial type pressure gauges with gun metal / brass valves complete as required.

Providing & fixing in position the mercury in glass industrial type thermometers.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of coupling guard made of mild steel of thickness not less than 5 mm painted with synthetic enamel paint for 75HP as well as 30HP condenser and chiller pump complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 40mm size brass float valve with plastic ball for 300TR and 600TR cooling tower complete as required.

Painting with waterproof synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade of two or more coats on existing condenser piplines over an under coat of suitable shade with waterproof synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture complete as required.
