Mounting Floodlights at Basketball Court

Supply of 350watts,LED flood light fitting of powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing,frame with heat resistant toughened clear glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP66 protection,System efficacy>=135 Lum/watt ,with 10KV SPD.(Philips/Crompton/Bajaj/Havells Equivalent )

Installation and Commisioning of LED flood light with all accessories,on existing cross arm of inverted poles erected from a 12 m height using single primary bolt of suitable grade (10mm or above size SS nut) and load rating. The primary fixing bolt shall be high tensile , corrosion resistant material ( SS) and shall be provided with lock nut, spring washer, and flat washer to prevent loosening due to vibration. In addition a stainless steel safety chain/ wire rope of adequate strength is to be securely anchored to the inverted pole using clamps or eye bolts so as to support the floodlight in case of failure of primary bolt. Fixing charges also includes welding,ladder/scaffolding arrangements,clamps, angle irons etc for fixing the light etc.as required.

Supply of 1.1 kV grade 3C x 4 sq.mm, Copper conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed round wired armoured power cable(as per IS ) as required.

Supply of 1.1 kV grade 3C x 2.5 sq.mm, Copper conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed round wired armoured power cable(as per IS ) as required.

Wiring for lights with 3 core 2.5 sqmm round copper FR PVC insulated flexible wire,surface/recessed for jointing existing cable to new flood light with water tape,insulation tape etc

Supplying and laying of 50 mm / 38 mm ISI-marked DWC HDPE pipe, including all necessary accessories such as sockets, bends, couplers, etc., conforming to IS 14930 (Part II). The work shall include cutting, jointing, fitting, and laying of the pipe either in the existing trench or by clamping (through welding if required) to pillars and trough roof structures, complete in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The DWC HDPE pipe shall be painted with the colour specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and installing 100 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, attached to coloumns (MS -I Section) through welding using appropriate no of GI/MS pipes or pieces or by using two numbers GI Suspenders i/c base of suitable size GI angle, GI bolts & nuts, fastner etc as required.The Cable Tray shall be painted with the colour as specified by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Weather proof IP 65 Cable box suitable for holding a Double pole isolator, connector (1 incomer 4 outgoing) suitable for cable entry and outgoing with weather proof Grommets,glands,clamps,screws of required length fastners connections for fitting in an inverted pole. (Hensel KV 7104 4 MODULES BOX IP65 or Equivalent)

Supplying and 40A rating, double pole, 240 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing DWC pipe/Cable Tray on the structure as required.upto 35sqmm

Supply and providing GI pipe earthing for high mast with 2.5 Meter long, 40 mm dia GI Pipe,drilling holes on pipe as per IS standards with zinc coating, providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement, including connection to Basketball Court earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials,nuts,bolts and labour etc as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Dismatling of metallic pole errected in cement concrete including excavation, removing/cutting the pole from the concrete ,demolishing of the plinth,disconnection ,isolation and cutting of cables etc.as required.

Demolishing of street light plinth and disconnection ,isolation and cutting of cables etc.as required.

Dismantling existing light fittings from the pole with/with out rad/clamp using ladder/scaffolding arrangements and handing over to EMU store safely as required.

Supplying of 125A, 16kA, 4 pole (Three pole and Neutral), 415 V, Moulded casing circuit breaker (MCCB)(Thermal Magentic) to EMU Store.

Supplying of 63 A, 16kA, 4 pole (Three pole and Neutral), 415 V, Moulded casing circuit breaker (MCCB) (Thermal Magentic) to EMU Store.

Supplying of 250A, 36kA, 4 pole (Three pole and Neutral), 415 V, Moulded casing circuit breaker (MCCB)(Thermal Magnetic) to EMU Store.

Supplying of 125A, 16kA, 4 pole (Three pole and Neutral), 415 V, Moulded casing circuit breaker (MCCB) (Thermal Magnetic + Electronic earth leakage model) to EMU Store.
