S&F outdoor type LED sign board ( BILINGUAL) 1nos.16'X5'X6" fabricated from 3mm thick ACP sheet on all six sides finished with approved metalluic colour & suitable sixe hollow Al. rectangular bar as frame inside the box. sillicob adhesive to be used in such a way so that ingress of water can be restricted inside the box &m aintainence or replacement of LED modules can be done inside the box should be of non ferrous metal /stainless steel. Appropiate size of MS angle, nuts/ bolts and clamps to be used ouside for fixing the box.

Intensity: Same & smooth uniform throughout without any dark patch.

Visibility: Up to 250 meters for normal eyes.

The complete sign board would be fixed on roof of the building with providing necessary CC muffing, 1 no CI water proof 200 x 150 x 100 mm loop Box, 50 x 50 x 6 mm MS angel for supporting the board of required length by nuts, bolts, washers etc. After drilling holes on the frame front facia. GSB would have 2 nos. hinge type doors in back side to have the inside access including mending goods the damages to original finish.

Painting of any steel / iron surface of the above Glow sign board with no. of coats of paints as given below with ready mixed paint / primer of approved make and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper / emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint.

1st coat of aluminium paint over one coat of RO priming.

2nd coat of aluminium paint over one coat of RO priming.

Supply & Drawing 1.1 KV grade 3 Core 1.5 sqmm PVC/ XLPE insulated Cu Cable. [Make: HAVELES/ POLYCAB/ RR KABLE /Gloster/KEI] for connection from loop box to fittings through the Pole including making connections as necessary.

Supply & fixing of SPN DB (2+10) with IP 43 protection, powder coated, provision for housing DP Contactor, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish/ on flat iron frame incl painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment incl. following accessories. [Make:Legrand /Schneider /Siemens /Crabtree/ L&T]
