Taking down of old wooden kitchen cabinets set including frame complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder/block masonry built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc completed all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for completed all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18mm thick(Base material) Marine plywood modular kitchen cabinets, inside upto 0.70m depth , water proof, termite & Borer proof, corrosion free with Decorative laminate 1mm thick both side shutter and auto closer counter sunk hinges, stainless steel 125mm size handles complete all as directed . Note :(i) Only front facing area of cabinet will be measured for payment. (ii) Stainless steel baskets mentioned as supply only under Sl. item No. 07 of this BOQ shall be fixed under this item as the unit rate quoted against this item is inclusive of this fixing provision all as specified and as directed

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles each tile area (sqr/rectangle) exc 0.06Sqm but not exceeding 0.11Sqm tile thickness 7 to 8 mm, in floors etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl Screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:4 15mm thick for laying floor finishes all as specified .

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles coloured 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.incl 10mm thick in CM 1:3 as backing coat for fixing dado tiles all as specified.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thich machine cut, bedded and joined with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down Un-Serviceable point wiring of Aluminium on batten/surface conduit/concealed conduit wiring (light/Fan/socket/call bell/ Power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, shades, sockets, holders, light fittings and call bells etc) removing materials to store for taking credit after completion of work (Credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floors/ceilings etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for point wiring with multi stranded FRLS copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm size nominal area PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS:694 drawn in arid including FRLS PVC rigid conduit with new sunk in Modular pressed steel terminal boxes of 1.6 mm thick size as per site requirement and providing suitable modular cover plate including single core stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable as earth wire to common earth and connected to earth dolly and earth terminal box drawn in same concealed conduit all as specified and directed for one light/fan/exhaust fan/call bell point controlled by one switch.
