Supply of 3.5C x 35 Sqmm XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part I) 1978 with up to date amendments etc., as required. (Make: Polycab or its equivalent from as per approved list.)

Supply of recess LED lights of 25-32W and having luminous efficacy of minimum 100-120 lm/W,die cast powder coated housing including all accessories such as driver etc. complete as required.(WIPRO CRCO10R038HP57G1/Philips RC380B LED30S -6500 G4 L60 W60 PSD OD or equivalent)

Supply of Surface mounted LED luminaire of 25-32W and having luminous efficacy of minimum 100-120 lm/W,die cast powder coated housing including all accessories such as driver etc. complete as required.

Supplying of 9W/10W, 6000K, IP 65 LED bulk head luminaire with opal / clear diffuser etc., as required. (Havells make, Model No. LHEOAOP7UZ6W010 / Philips make, Model No.WT202W LED6S NW PSU S2 PC or its equivalent from approved make list)

SITC of ceiling mounted speaker (Make; Bosch, Model No. LBC 3099/41; 100V, 24W METAL GRILLE, SPRING CLAMPS, EVAC or its equivalent from as per approved make list) etc., as required.

Supply and laying twin core 1.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated copper conductor industrial speaker cable for Speaker and Network cables (including interconnection, jacks, PVC pipe, flexible hoses with accessories as per requirement etc.,.) on surface/ recess etc. as required.

Supply of 300mm H/D,1400 RPM of Exhaust fan having totally enclosed and continuously rated motor, dynamically balanced impeller etc. suitable for operation on 230V single phase supply etc. as required. (As per approved make list)

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling mounted addressable, intelligent type rate of rise cum fixed temp type heat detectors/fixed temp. heat detector including all accessories and parts necessary for completing the installation as per specifications and reprogramming the existing fire control panel ( Honeywell Notifier) to incorporate teh newly added detectors to the loop and panel,as required( Make : Model as per approved make,compatible with existing fire alarm panel)

Supply and laying of FRLSZH armoured copper conductor control cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size conforming to IS:7098(Part-I) 1988, with up to date amendments etc., complete as required. 2X1.5 sq.mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size up to 35sq.mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on wall surface as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size up to 35sq.mm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size up to 35sq.mm in the existing cable tray /above false ceiling /supporting pipes / channels as required.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanized Iron cable tray (Galvanization thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required. 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 35 sq. mm (32mm)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supplying and fixing of 125 Amp, 4pole 36 kA breaking capacity MCCB along with suitable extended rotary handle in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. (Make: L&T, Model no. DU250, CAT No. CM98065OOMO or its equivalent from approved make list )

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group C

Wiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, 2 way modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following size of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required 2X1.5 sq. mm + 1X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following size of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit as required. 2x2.5 sq.mm + 1 x 2.5 sq.mm earth wire

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired fluorescent fitting/compact fluorescent fitting/Metal halide fittings/ LED fittings of all types, complete with all accessories and tube etc., directly on ceiling/wall / recess mounting by suitable cutout on false ceiling including connection with 1.5sq.mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing 8 way (8 + 24), Double door, three pole and neutral, prewired, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/recess, complete with loose wire box, cable end box, duly prewired with suitable size FR PVC insulated copper conductor, tinned copper busbar, neutral link, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnections, phosphatized and powder painted including earthing etc., as required (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 63 amps rating, four pole, (three phase and neutral), 415volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current up to 30 milliamperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing of 63 amps, 'B' curve, four pole, 415volts, MCB in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts,"B" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Single pole in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts,"C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of Triple pole and neutral in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and embedding 40 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

SITC of surface mounted cubical type totally enclosed LT panel, suitable for operation on 415volts, 50HZ, AC, 3phase, 4 pole 125A MCCB with magnetic release ,RYB LED indication lamps 4 pole rotary switch(ON-OFF) for each indication lamp, made up of 16SWG thick CRCA sheet powder coated sheet , dust and vermin proof of size not less than 475 X 475 X 200mm etc. as required.

SITC of three phase 4 Ton cassette type split Air conditioner with cordless remote control and one number outdoor condensing unit comprising of suitable compressor for operation on three phase, 50Hz, AC power supply including fixing the out door unit on a raised platform/angle iron frame as per site requirement and fixing of indoor unit on angles/supports to the beams/structures complete etc. as required including initial gas charging. Excluding wiring and piping (Make: Voltas, Model: Venture or its equivalent from as per approved make list)

Supply, Laying and fixing of copper pipe (both inlet and outlet) with thermal insulation, drain pipe of suitable dia and interconnection with indoor and outdoor unit suitable for 4Ton cassette type split type Air conditioner.

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty G.I. pipe conforming to IS 1239 including welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required complete in all respects as required by the standard specifications. (For sprinkler system). 65 mm dia GI 'C ' Class Pipe

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty G.I. pipe conforming to IS 1239 including welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required complete in all respects as required by the standard specifications. (For sprinkler system) 50 mm dia GI 'C ' Class Pipe

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty G.I. pipe conforming to IS 1239 including welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required complete in all respects as required by the standard specifications. (For sprinkler system) 32 mm dia GI 'C ' Class Pipe

Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of 15mm size quartzoid bulb type sprinklers, of rating 68 degree C. pendent with required accessories etc. complete in all respects as required by the standard specifications.

Providing UL Listed SS Flexible connection for sprinklers of 25mm dia , 1m length including connectors and suitable to fix to 15mm bore sprinklers including connectors and all accessories complete as required.

Installation charges for GI flexible hose for firefighting ,with proper alignment, tightening including making and providing necessary thread couplers wherever required

Supply and fixing of EPS under deck insulation of 50 mm thickness, density 32kg/m3 , on the ceiling as per the OEM recommended methods of installation to the satisfaction of the Engineer In Charge
