Outsourcing of work services for receiving, registering, and monitoring electrical complaints received either on telephone or in person at MES Service Centre round the clock daily in Three shifts of 8 hours including Sunday / holiday with mobile connectivity to receive instructions from departmental officers during duty. Tentative shift timings shall be from 00:00 hrs to 08:00 hrs for 1st shift, from 08:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs for 2nd shift.& from 16:00 hrs to 00:00 hrs for 3rd shift.

Outsourcing of work services for providing electrical coverage at MES Service Centre from 00:00 hrs to 8:00 hrs for addressing day today essential complaints of HT/LT electrical installations, Md/OTM accns daily in one shift of 8 hours including Sunday / holiday with mobile connectivity to receive instructions from departmental officers during duty.

Outsourcing of work services for providing electrical coverage at MES Service Centre from 08:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs for addressing day to day essential complaints of HT/LT electrical installations, Md/OTM accns daily in one shift of 8 hours including Sunday / holiday with mobile connectivity to receive instructions from departmental officers during duty.

Outsourcing of work services for providing electrical coverage at MES Service Centre from 16:00 hrs to 00:00 hrs for addressing day to day essential complaints of HT/LT electrical installations, Md/OTM accns daily in one shift of 8 hours including Sunday / holiday with mobile connectivity to receive instructions from departmental officers during duty.

Outsourcing of work services for providing essential electrical coverage to NGV/OGV/Officer Md Accn/DAD complex by addressing day to day complaints of HT/LT electrical installations and accns daily in one shift of 8 hours including Saturday / Sunday / holiday with mobile connectivity to receive instructions from departmental officers during duty. The shift timing shall be from 09:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs daily.

Outsourcing of work services for providing essential electrical coverage to Sub Station MH/ 611 EME/PS Line/AH Line Battalian by addressing day to day complaints of HT/LT electrical installations and accns daily in one shift of 8 hours including Saturday / Sunday / holiday with mobile connectivity to receive instructions from departmental officers during duty. The shift timing shall be from 09:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs daily.

Note for all items:-

(i) The minimum tradesmen essentially required to provide electrical coverage/services against various items of schedule in each shift will be as under:-

For item No 1 : One Electrician (Skilled)

For item No 2 : One Electrician (Skilled)

For item No 3 : One Electrician (Skilled)

For item No 4 : One Electrician (Skilled)

For item No 5 : One Electrician (Skilled)

For item No 6 : One Electrician (Skilled)

Materials required for attending the complaints shall be issued by deptt free of cost on indent or complaint slip or under Schedule 'B'.

All trades man shall have 3 years trade experience or ITI trained.

All trades man shall individually be life insured.

Police verification should invariably got done for each trade man.

Trades men should wear proper uniform safety shoes and name plate/badge.

Complaint register and complaint slips for the entire periods shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to department.

Rates quoted by the contractor includes maintaining and upkeeping MES Service Centre and its surrounding areas neat and clean in presentable condition.

Electrician tools and fault rectifying instruments like insulation tester (Megger) and Clip on meter and high beam torch light (for night hours) will be provided by the contractor during duty hours and to be kept at service centre.

One dedicated civil mobile number and one hand set will be provided by the contractor with free incoming/Out going call facility to receive call from departmantal staff.

All the relevent norms and IE rules provisions shall be adhered while working on electric circuts of HT/LT and necessary protective devices and tools required shall be inclusive of this provisions.

Conveyance of staff to attend complaints at Cantt Area should be provided by the contractor.

Incase any helpers requires by the electrician, that shall be provided to him without any extra cost.

All safety equipments required for working on HT/LT Line at Cantt area will be provided by contractor without any extra cost. The rate shall deemed to be included in the rate of shift.

All safety measures of tradesman as per relevant Govt rules to be adhered by Contractor
