Shifting, loading, unloading including head load of old worn out 350 mm MS flanged departmental pipe from sub divisional premises to site in pieces 06 m in length MS pipe for extension of existing 300 mm dia MS rising mains of 10 cusec pump by way of earth excavation for all classification of soils upto a depth of 10 feet, length of 12 feet and width of 05 feet approximately using manual labour to expose the existing embedded pipe along the bund. The job includes manufacturing, providing and fitting of MS flanged increaser 300×350 as per site requirement. The job then involves fitting and laying of departmental pipe in excavated trench by way of using RI cloth, nuts and bolts and then testing of pipe for leakages. Backfilling of trench with existing material including levelling, ramming of excavated spot to restore uniform surface of bund. The above job includes all cost on account carriage of pipes in load carrier DG set, welding set, skilled & semi-skilled labour, nuts and bolts, head load and various tools and tackles required for successful execution of job followed by testing of rising mains on full load at site.
Providing and fitting of 300 mm diameter, min 06 mm thick,06 m in length MS pipe for extension of existing MS rising mains by way of earth excavation for all classification of soils up to a depth of 10 feet, length of 08 feet and width of 05 feet approximately using manual labour to expose the existing embedded rising main along the bund. Cutting of the existing 300 mm diameter MS rising main of 05 cusec pump at a particular spot before flap valve using oxy-acetylene gas cutter at site, skilled labour, tools and tackles as required for job carrying the job at site. The job includes finishing and bevelling of cutted portion using grinding tool and allied equipment for carrying job at site. Providing and fitting of new 300 mm dia MS pipe to rising main having length of 06 m with existing rising main by welding end to end in two welding beads using superior quality electrodes preferably Advani/Essab/Adore make electrodes to make a strong leak proof joint. The job includes welding back of flap valve to rising main. Backfilling of trench with existing material including levelling, ramming of excavated spot to restore uniform surface of bund.
Repairs/reconditioning to the worn out 05 HP priming pump at Lift Irrigation Scheme Wazirgund by way of dismantling of pump at site, loading in private vehicle carrying to workshop for repairs. Providing, fitting of pump shaft as per sample out of SS material as replacement for damaged one. Rebuilding of worn out impeller hub and vanes by way of weld deposition, balancing, turning and finishing on lathe machine. Removal of old damaged bearing and providing, fitting of new bearing with adequate greasing as per sample. The job also includes making of internal threads to pump casing on suction side and then providing and fitting of stud as per samples (02 no.). The job includes carriage charges to and fro from site to workshop and testing at site on full load. The job also includes providing and fitting of 01 no. heavy duty brass gate valve of 50 mm dia of reputed make in place of damaged/wornout one for priming line.
Repairs/periodic maintenance of 300 mm dia (01 no) , 250 mm dia (01 no) foot valve on suction line at LIS Wazirgund by way of extraction of footvalves from their installed position inside the intake channel by means of cutting damaged/rusted/wornout bolts using gas cutter and then lifting of footvalves on head load using manual labour and shifting the extracted footvalves to loading site, loading in private load carrier to workshop. The job includes reconditioning of hinges, hinge bolts, weight plate, valve seat, valve body by way of welding, patching, grinding etc. The job involves repairs to the foot valve by way of cutting the old damaged/rusted MS bars of strainer and providing and fitting of new MS square bars by way welding works as per requirement The job also includes providing and fitting of rubber insertion cloth for weight plates to make it leak proof, replacing the rusted/damaged parts, nuts, bolts, hinges etc as per requirement. Back carriage of foot valves after repairs and re-fitting by way of providing and fitting of new nuts and bolts of appropriate size at site to suction line and testing on full load.
Improvement/repairs to the drooped and low hanging HT 11 KV feed line across the bund from substation to adjacent pole at Lift Irrigation Scheme Wazirgund by way of disconnecting HT/LT power supply to the substation, lowering of 100 KVA substation and disengaging of HT service line with help of concerned line main. Raising the height of existing angle iron H-frame by way of fabrication, providing and fitting of frame on top of this H-frame by welding works having width equal equal to 06 feet and height approximately 04 feet out of ISA 40×40×4mm. The job includes providing and fitting of new pin insulators (03 no.) over angle iron cross, refitting and tightening the dismantled HT conductor on poles. The job includes raising height of 100 KVA substation mounted on channels by way dismantling of the frame, fastening back channels to poles by way of using nuts, bolts, supported by suitable sized angle iron pieces welded to angle iron poles at proper height. Lifting and resting of transformer on channels, making LT/HT connections and then testing of same. Providing and fitting of ISMC 75 channels (02 no.) having length 08 feet each for installing link set. The job also includes welding of 100mm×100mm×6 mm MS flats (04 no) duly bored as a support for fastening channels to angle iron poles using nuts, bolts, washers as per site requirement.
Providing, fitting of 11 KVA heavy duty link set of reputed make.
