Taking out doors, windows shutters(steel or wood) work by manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of fdoors, windows shutters(steel or wood) and disposal of unserviceable material at suitable as per the direction of Engineer - in- charge. including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.(Note :- usefull material obtain after dismantling / Demolsing will be stacked at suitable place as per the direction of the Engineer - in -charge and handed over to the department).

Providing wood work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position.2nd class kiln seasoned Deodar wood within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 35mm (thirty five millimetres) thick second class deodar wood, panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 35mm (Thirty five milimetres) thick first class teak wood wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85 G with wire of 0.56mm (Zero decimal five six milimetres) diameters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including bright finished /black enameled iron hinges with screws within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills (TATA/SAIL)of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer Fixed to steel windows by welding .all complete as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 250x10mm (two hundred fifty into ten millimeters) aluminum Matt finished sliding door bolts, make of PILOT/Sheel or equivalent anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary bolts, nuts and screws etcetera complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 250x10mm (two hundred fifty into ten millimeters) aluminum brass tower bolts (Barrel type) make of pilot/sheel or equivalent anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with screws etc. complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 100mm (one hundred millimeters)fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete as per HPPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Repairs to plaster cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate inclusive of Malkhana, Octroi, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture of Asians Paints /Nerolac suraksha /Berger to give an even shade: two or more coats as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
