SECTION - I (External Electric Supply ,APFC, MCCB, ACB, VCB, Switches, Cables)

Taking out U/S underground cable of any size (4x16 sqmm to 3.5x400 sqmm) 1100 volt grade and bricks, tracing out the defects, rectify the same, making servicable by removing/cutting U/S and burnt out part jointing with straight through joint of suitable size, testing with megger etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note : M&L for Straight through joints will be paid separately.)

Relaying of serviceable cable of following sizes retrieved from item No 01 after cutting into pieces in serviceable portion.

(a) Size of Cable 3.5 x 400/300/240 Sq mm.

(b) Size of Cable 3.5 x 185/150 Sq mm.

(c) Size of Cable 3.5 x 120/95 Sq mm.

(d) Size of Cable 3.5 x 35/50/70 Sq mm.

(e) Size of Cable 3.5 x 16/25 Sq mm.

S&F in repair for cross arms, bracings supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers, weldsing, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts any shapes of size as indicated or direct and inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Bus bar chamber, wall mounted 100 amp, 4 way current rating, factory , dust and vermin proof including bus bar of rectangular cross section of copper strip supported on case epoxy insulator at suitable interval heat shrinkable sleeves with proper colour code 01 set of 04 strips complete with grouting in wall with suitable F1 Strip bent to shape, with PCC work for holding enclosure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in trenches, including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repair of DWC HDPE pipe of SN4 category conforming to IS 14930 part I and II including accessories like HDPE snap fit coupler with neaoprene 'O' rong of following size:-

M & L for boring of holes up to 80 mm dia under road pavement, hard standing, etc by trench- less technology using ultra sound technique/manually complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note:- Pipe for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for defect rectification in HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pulse ECHP fault location with high frequency distance calculator etc. Excavation in any type of soil strata exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated position of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cables of size upto 300 sqmm 3 core. The fault located equipment will be brought at site within 02 hours of Instruction received from Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting terminals of LT cable and locating pin point fault in LT cable 1100 Volts grade of any size including to including to and fro hire charge of special T & P complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

(s) Check Stop Solenoid, replace if required. (t) Check Main AC Alternator winding. (u) Check Engine/Alternator performance etc.

NOTE : 1) Relevant spares/items/materials required for the above mentioned repair/servicing job shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only. Minor spares/repairs, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, indicating lamps etc. required for proper functioning of DG Sets/AMF/Control Panels. Attending emergency breakdowns/faults of DG Sets on call of all capacities incl inbuilt control panels & AMF panels etc. complete all & specified & as directed to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : i) Relevant spares/items/materials required for the above mentioned attending breakdown/rectification job shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only. Minor spares/repairs, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, indicating lamps etc. required for defect rectification & proper functioning of DG Sets/AMF/Control Panels. Decision of GE/Engr-In-Chrarge w.r.t. incorporation of Major/Minor spares/repairs shall be final & binding. ii) Attending breakdown job to be executed only through auth Service Dealer of OEM/Channel Partner. iii) Penalty shall be charged @ Rs. 1000/- per Day for not attending the same within 6 Hrs of telephonic/electronic intimation.

Rewinding of HT coils with super enameled copper wire / strips DPC / super enameled matching with existing gauge and insulating material of high class as per manufacture recommendation with packing / insulation material in each layer of winding,Baking the core assembly with the help of oven duly varnshing the coils to improve IR valve and to eliminate moisture and Inserting the core assembly after repair the core and making connection with HT / LT bushing studs & lead extension(replacing studs if damaged) and closing the tank top cover by fixing nuts, bolts and washers (Top cover gasket will be measured and paid for seperately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 127 here in before but LT coil with copper strips.

M & L Re-arranging the top core over coils in proper manner aftr proper cutting out & leaking including fixing of top channel soldering in between coils as necessary and brazing of star delta connection with tap changer for any size of transformer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F in replacement transformer Bush rods brass as per existing dia/size of HT/LT side including set of brass, washer, nut & bolt etc for indoor / outdoor transformer of following sizes

Dehydration including filtration and cleaning of transformer/Voltage Stabliser at site by dehydration machine till to achieve Di-electric strength 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : -(i)Contractor has to arrange the dehydration machine and testing kit without any extra cost. (ii).
