Description of work to be executed
Dismantling the stone layers such as stone slab, pillars, lintel, kangara stones etc above the Broken/Missing chhajas, dead lime concrete very carefully with help of chain pulley block after proper documentation and arranging proper row at a suitable distance for reuse, dispose of the dead lime concrete using tractor trolley up to a lead of 200 mts. etc complete as directed by site in-charge.
Reconstructing the missing Architectural stone members like stone slab, pillars, lintel, Kangaras and Chajjas using 70% new and 30% old Dhangadhara sand stones including duly fine dressed, moulding, carving and fixing in 1:1:1 lime, sand, surkhi mortar including processing of lime in traditional manner, pointing, curing, fixing dowels in joints, erection & dismantling of scaffolding, labour and material charges etc complete as directed by site in-charge.
Applying traditional Lime plaster 25 mm over domes(Avg. thick) in 1:1:1 Lime, Surkhi, Sand Mortar in two or more coat including mixing additives like jaggery, gugal & pulses etc. to the mortar, including all materials and labours charges, necessary scaffolding, curing etc complete as directed by site in-charge.
Excavation for Laying missing Stone flooring & Apron in all hard soil and throwing away the excavated earth outside the monument premises up to a lead of 200 mts. by tractor trolley etc complete.
Laying lime concrete bedding for flooring, Apron and Terrace/domes of the Masjid using lime mortar 1:2:4 (one part of lime, two part of coarse sand and four part of brick aggregate) including processing of lime in traditional manner curing, ramming, compacting, finishing including, cost of all material, labour charges etc complete as directed by site in-charge.
Laying Fine dressed/Machine cut Sand stone Flooring & Apron of Bibiji's Mosque using new plain & smooth old Dhangadhara stones of size 0.60x0.45x0.12 including fixing in 1:1:1 lime, sand, surkhi mortar including curing, pointing, cost of material and labour etc. complete as directed by site in-charge.
