Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out Soft/loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface.

M&L for cement concrete Type C-2, 1:3:6, ( 40 mm graded stone agg ) in foundation filling and mass concrete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Steel work as in tubular section for Post, Purline etc including special shaped washer , angle cleat, holdfast, gussete plate etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 cut or notched forming holes, without any attachment including drilling, fitting, riveting and or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (incl rivet or nut and bolts) providing and fitting angle cleats Gussete plates etc also for welding plumbing, truing up and fixing complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A Roof trusses ( framed), trused purlins , crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc all as specified.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2,1:4:8(40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M & L 25 mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

M&L machine pressed precast coloured concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size confirming of IS 15658: 2006 of 60mm thick , M-35 laid and jointed with grey cement and pigment.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and gatting out Soft/loose soil all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L 150mm thick hardcore of guage brocken boulders & stone n.exe 63mm, deposited,spread and levelled in layers n.exe 15 cm thick,watered and rammed in two layers a true surface all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2(40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors laid in panels, rough finished Finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material ( soils ) exc 250 mtr but n exc 500m depositing where direced complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' thickness of concrete slab in 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing road/PCC surface straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & lay 50 mm bore HDPE pipe PN -10 in protection of cable at road crossing /hard standing, fixed with clamps as per site requirement etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose, 6 Amps, 250 volts, AC, ISI marked with three equal size terminals and PVC / Polycarbonate insulated body of 50 x 25mm size complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with 04 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, two single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 04 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit of 25 mm dia, medium grade with all conduit accessories and connected to common earth dolly with suitable copper lugs including all cutting / chases etc in walls and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified & directed, including taking down old sub main wiring.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure distribution board, single pole and neutral, AC, 240 volts, 4 way with 200 amp copper bus bar,and metal door with IP - 43 & IK 09 protection along with cable end box for above DB and flush to wall including all cutting etc in wall and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified directed.

Supply and fixing MCB, SP, AC, 240 volts of 06 to 32 Amps capacity "C" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity and making connections by using suitable copper lugs complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing MCB, SPN, AC, 240 volts of 40 Amps capacity "C" curve, 10 KA breaking capacity and making connections by using suitable copper lugs complete all as specified & directed.

Note for all items :- If any item gets repeated in this schedule, the lowest rate quoted for those same items by the L-1 bidder shall be considered for payment and decision of Accepting Officer i.e. GE(AF) Baroda in this regard shall be final and binding.
