"On IREPS Module, a facility has already been created for onlinesubmission of Annexure-V. Therefore, the provision ofdownloading of Annexure-V of GCC & uploading of physicallysigned Annexure-V by the tenderer had been discontinued onIREPS."
In case of other than company/proprietary firm, Annexure- V(A)shall also be submitted by the each member of a partnershipfirm/Joint Venture (JV)/ Hindu Undivided Family (HUF) / LimitedLiability Partnership (LLP) etc. as the case may be. Nonsubmission of above certificate(s) by the bidder shall result insummarily rejection of his/their bid. It shall be mandatorilyincumbent upon the tenderer to identify, state and submit thesupporting documents duly self attested/digitally signed bywhich they/he is qualifying the Qualifying Criteria mentioned inthe Tender Document.
