Taking down submain wiring of any size any type and in any position metalic/non metallic PVC conduit of wooden batten complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable Sheet metal box & MCB DB SPN with MCB's of any make/capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable TPN DB with MCB's of any make/capacity, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking down Geysers of any type and capacity, Inspection, checking adjustments descaling and minor repairs which includes the following:- (a) Taking out of drain plug & dewatering and re-fixing the same complete all as directed.(b) Checking water tightness of storage tank.(c) Checking stop cocks with outlet/inlet pipe of geysers, pressure reducing valves etc to ensure free movement of water and easy functioning of parts.(d) Inspecting over flow vent pipe connections to ensure water-tightness and proper flow.(e) Checking and correct earth continuity of electrical items. Checking functioning of heating element and correct setting adjustment of thermostat up to 55° C.(f) Adjustment of reducing valves, checking of dead weight type high pressure release valve. Taking down unsv ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep 230 v, AC supply, single phase from site, depositing in MES store yard, dismantling all parts, checking serviceability of all parts & continuity of copper winding, (Burn out winding Fan should be staking aside for rewinding), including cleaning all the components of fan, oiling , greesing, including replacement of rusted /unsv nuts, bolts split pin rubber reel , machine screws, shaft, capacitor, clamps,etc as required, reassembling the fan and testing complete all as specified and derected. Note:- (i) Rewinding of fans should be measure and paid separately under appropriate items of schedule (ii) Major parts like Fan capacitor, clamps with rubber real etc measured and paid separately as Supply only items (iii) Testing should be done to repaired fan minimum 24 Hrs continues running in MES store yard before fixing at site complete

Taking out, burnt winding wire from ceiling fans (Which required rewinging, Obtained from item No.44) motor of 1200/1400 mm sweep 230 v, AC supply, single phase, Transporting to contractor workshop for rewinding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge/turns & size, thoroughly cleaning all the components of fan, oiling , greesing, replacement of rusted /unsv nuts, bolts split pin rubber reel , machine screws, shaft etc as required reassembling the fan, testing complete & Transporting back to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out, burnt winding wire from Exhaust fans (Which required rewinging, Obtained from item No.45) motor of 300 mm sweep 230 v, AC supply, single phase, Transporting to contractor workshop for rewinding the same with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge/turns & size, thoroughly cleaning all the components of fan, oiling , greesing, replacement of rusted /unsv nuts, bolts split pin rubber Pad , machine screws, shaft etc as required reassembling the fan, testing complete & Transporting back to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.
