Providing and laying 200 mm thick compacted granular sub base consisting as filter/separation layer and drainage layer confirming to table 400.1 grading-III and vi of MORT&H 5th revision - 2013 mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MORT&H specification Note:- Only crushed stone material should be used, no local sand / tibba sand shall be used. Providing and laying 80mm thick interlocking paver blocks ISI marked (IS code: 15658:2006) of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M-40 as per IRC:SP:63-2004, over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respects. [HSR 10.159]

Providing and fixing 25mm thick Mastic Asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirement given in table 500-29 prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2mm nominal size @ of 0.005 cum per 10 Sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm centre to centre in both directions, pressed into surface when the temprature of surfaces is not less than 100˚ C, protruding 1mm to 4mm over masticsurface, all complete as per clause 515.

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). [HSR 16.79 (b)].

Dismantling white or coloured glazed tiles (HSR 8.38)

Precast chequered tiles of 20 mm thickness In ordinary grey cement without chips laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 with neat cement slurry between joints and over the base in floors, treads of steps and landings. (Note:- Reputed make Tile Only ISI marked will be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge). [HSR 14.45+Note]. Note:- The Agency to whom the work is allotted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

NOTE:- 1. IN CASE OF ANY DIFFERENCE IN THE UNIT & NOMENCLATURE OF ANY OF THE HSR ITEMS OF CIVIL WORK DEPICTED IN THIS DNIT AND THAT GIVEN IN HSR, THE UNIT AND NOMENCLATURE GIVEN IN HSR SHALL BE APPLICABLE.
