WORK PROVIDING & FIXING OF RETRO REFLECTIVE SIGN BOARDS AT 132 KV S/S, SAID NAGLI UNDER E.T.D., AMROHA.

Providing, fixing and hosting of retro reflective sign board at 132 KV Sub Station, Said Nagli. The board to be fixed at the entrance of control room building. Size 5’ x 6’=30 Sq. Ft. thick aluminum sheet, face to fully covered with 3 MDG cube retro reflective sheet (color as per requirement). The letter and symbol shall be computer cut. Board to be supplied along with the back support, frame of suitable size and two black painted legs for grouting. Black of aluminum sheet shall be painted with stove enamel paint. The size of support frame and legs angle along with detail of grouting shall be informed by supervision engineer.

Providing, fixing and hosting of retro reflective sign board at 132 KV Sub Station, Said Nagli on road of size (4’x3’)x2=24 Sq. Ft. thick aluminum sheet, face to fully covered with 3 M DG cube retro reflective sheet (color as per requirement). The letter and symbol shall be computer cut. Board to be supplied along with the back support, frame of suitable size and two black painted legs for grouting. Black of aluminum sheet shall be painted with stove enamel paint. (The sign board shall be written on both faces for view from either side). The size of support frame and legs angle along with detail of grouting shall be informed by supervision engineer.

Providing and fixing of retro reflective sign boards of size 3ft. x 2ft. made out of 2mm. thick aluminum sheet, face to fully covered with 3 M DG cube type retro reflective sheeting to yellow color, aluminum sheet shall be painted with stove enamel paint. The letter and symbol shall be computer cut and in blue color. Board is to be supplied along with the back support frame of suitable size and two legs of M.S. angle of size 35x35x5mm. height 4 feet on ground level shall be grouting on earth. These sign boards are to be provided on following Transformers. (63 MVA T/F-I and 40 MVA T/F-II).

Supply & fixing of best quality laminated charts related to “Artificial Respiration to a human after Electrical Shock” on wooden board of size 4 ft. x3͟½ ft. and other electrical safety quotes charts on this board also. This board to be fixed at 132 KV Sub Station, Said Nagli control room.

Supply & fixing of instruction board for Battery Room of size 6 ft. x4 ft. at 132 KV Sub Station, Said Nagli, shall be made of good quality plywood and good quality vinyal gum sheet and aluminum moulding to be provided on periphery of board. The matter is to be printed as per details enclosed including cost of all material T&P and labour.

Supply & fixing of instruction board for Control Room and Capacitor Bank Operation of size 3 ft. x4 ft. at 132 KV Sub Station, Said Nagli, shall be made of good quality plywood and good quality vinyal gum sheet and aluminum moulding to be provided on periphery of board. The matter is to be printed as per details enclosed including cost of all material T&P and labour.
