SURVEY AND PLANING WORK IN UIT SCHEME UNDER UIT JAISALMER AREA

Topographic Survey - Topographic Survey with a grid area of 15MX15M, includes all features such as structures (bridges, culverts etc.) utilities, existing roads, electric and telephone installations (both O/H as well as underground), huts, buildings, fencing and trees, oil, water and gas lines etc. using Total Station and develop a drawing in AUTO CAD format using the layering system and Geo referencing including supply of detailed drawings (with DGPS) in appropriate scale in A-2 size complete in all respect. For preparation of plans of open areas Upto 10 hectare

Topographical Survey by using DGPS/T.S Equipment with a view to Superimpose Revenue Khasra Maps. It Includes Marking of different types of revenue land in diff.coloures according LRO such as Govt.land, Sawai Chak, Private Land, Forest etc.submission of four sets of print on a 1:40 scale on A-1 sheet along with C.D. All the drawing shall be prepared in digitized drawing with Auto-Cad Software. Complete work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demarcation (Lay-out) by using DGPS/T.S Equipment stack out method with X.Y.Z. Coordinates of devloping concepts such as proposed Master Plan road/ Scheme boundary wall/ proposed colony Layout road centre line and both side (according department engg./grid pillars/plot pillars etc. on the ground using wooden pegs rate to include erection of wooden pegs, white washing line and all materials such as lime, string, Labor etc. helping civil supervisor appointed in marking center point and etc. Coordinates and levels on grid pillars reference to pre-established permanent B.M.indicating the pillars are representing survey. Complete work as per direction of Enggineer-in-charge. (i) Master Plan Road.

(ii) Outer Boundary Revenu Khasra UIT Land.

(iii) Scheme Demarcation (Road, Park, OCF, All plots commercial & Residential etc.) complete scheme.

Preparation of Layout Plan of the scheme as per norms Rajasthan Town Ship Policy - 2024 showing perposed landues i.e. residencial, commercial, Educational, Recreational, Road etc. and other uses as per requirement of UIT/town planning norms.(only in case, where survey have been done earlier the work shall not be repeated if the survey is already available with UIT) Verification of Layout Plan at site in consultation with UIT Engineer & Revene staff. Payment after approval of Layout Plan for competent authority. Including scheme plan show in Master Plan, Google Map & Revenue Sheet. Complete work as per direction Engineer-in-charge.
