Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (Not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as per direction of site incharge within a lead of 50 m, including all leads and lifts.

Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Supplying & filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidation and dressing complete.

Demolishing cement concrete manually by mechanical means including disposal of materail within 50mtr lead as per direction of site incharge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering of ratio 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering of ratio 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing & filling in position, blown bitumin in expansion joints.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm wide., beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Demolishing brick work manually by mechanical means including stacking of servicabel material and disposal of unservicable materail within 50mtr lead as per direction of site incharge.

Brick work in foundation and plinth of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar ratio 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).
