Excavation of earth below G.L. by manually or by mechanical means for laying of Sewers, Man-Holes, Gully Pits, Chambers etc. in soil including extra excavation below inverts, trimming & dressing of sides, levelling and back filling of trenches by excavated earth in 20 cm layers,watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled material up to a distance of 50 meters from the center of trenches and cleaning of site properly after completion of the work. Excavation by mechanical means shall be restricted upto 90 cm above invert levels at every point of excavation. Excavation from invert levels to 90 cm above shall be done by manually only. Same as item no. 1 but excavation in Soil mixed with morum,shingle & kankar etc. using of any specials T&P, if required.

Provide & fixing of Open Timbering (covering1/3rd of surface area by planks), in trenches for the following depths below ground level consisting of 40mm thick approved country wood planks for poling board, 125mm × 75mm Indian Salwood walers and 100 mm dia Sal wood ballies for struts at 1.50m interval including removal after laying of sewer(both sides of trenches will be taken as one side for the purpose of payments & measurements i.e. area equals to length x depth of trenches. Dismantled timbering materials will be the property of the contractor.

Dewatering of water caused due to seepage of ground water and surface water due to rain etc. excluding excavation of foundation but during execution of civil works including supply of all machine operator, khalashi, POL, T&P, accessories required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing Barricading at site of work for restricting the general public using 80-100 mm dia Wooden Ballies as vertical post with average spacing of 1.80 meter between two vertical posts, having height at least 1.5 m above road/ ground level and at least 30-45 cm below road/ ground level by making suitable size hole in road/ ground, providing and fixing two rows of 80-100 mm Wooden Ballies as horizontal members with jute russies. Both vertical and horizontal members shall be painted in red and white colour strips as per approved pattern as and when it becomes shabby but at least after every alternate shifting at new location. After shifting/ removal of barricading holes shall be filled up properly and site is to be cleared in all respect. (Note: measurement is to be done in linear basis)

Supply & Laying - Jointing of following dia. D.I. K-7 S&S pipes with rubber gaskets to the site of work, lowering the same into trenches below ground level true to alignment, making the joints with approved EPDM quailty of rubber gaskets including cost of all jointing materials and testing etc. complete but excluding excavation and backfilling of trenches upto ground level.D.I. Provide all materials labour, T&P etc. and construct brick masonry house connecting chambers as per jal nigam specifications and drawings. Internal size 0.90x0.60x1.50m.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Dismantling of cement concrete pavements (all concrete mix) by mechanical or manual means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 Cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m.

Cement concrete with 40 mm gauge stone ballast, local sand & cement in proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
