Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Erection of metallic pole of Above 6.5 metre and upto 8.0 metre length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. (NOTE: To be executed as per manufacturer's guide lines/ drawings for foundation)

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.( From pole junction box to street light fitting) 3 x 1.5 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying of 4 Core x 16 Sq. mm of 1.1 KV Aluminium conductor XLPE Insulated,PVC extruded inner-sheathed, round wired GI strip armoured, overall PVC outer-sheathed (as per IS 7098 Part 1) with latest amendments as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supply only 7 meter Hot Dip GI Octagonal Pole with 1 Mtr. Long bracket, with inbuilt enclosure suitable for fixing single pole MCB to operate on-off the light as per Dimension: Top Dia.- 70 mm, Bottom Dia.- 130 mm, Section- 1(Section Length- 7000 mm) Thick- 3 mm Base plate- 220 X 220 X 12mm with foundation bolt 20X600X4nos.

Supplying & Fixing 45-50 W LED street-light having pressure die-cast housing with toughened glass and individual LEDs with secondary optics and IP 66 protection, including necessary electrical connections to the fitting with 3 core flexible Cu conductor cable of appropriate size all as specified and directed.
