CLEANING AND REPAIRS TO SEWER LINES, SEPTIC TANKS, MANHOLES ETC AT KOTA RAIPUR UNDER AGE (I) NAYA RAIPUR

Cleaning of sewage line any dia including affected manholes and disposal of waste materials / spoils upto a distance of 50 mtrs by any means (mechanical / manual) including washing out manhole and sewage line and disposal of waste / sludge in pits complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing of night soil , sludge from manhole/septic tank etc , pumping out sewage water from manholes, septic tank / soak well and sever line and removing the same exc 1.5 Km and not exceeding 5.00 Km and buried the sludge by digging pit and disinfecting the sludge all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Pumping out of water / liquid / sludge or any other waste/materials stagnated in septic tank / soak wells and discharge the same to nallah / drains through hose pipe or by other means upto distance of 1 km. complete all as specified and directed.

Exavation over area not exc. 1.5mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil completed as all specified and directed at site.

Ditto-as per item no-3 above but exceeding 1.5 mtr but n.exc 3.00 mtr deep -dito-

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil etc. including trimming bottom and sides of trenches, leveling/ grading and ramming bottom of excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filing in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance exc 250m but n/exc 500m and depositing where directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of old decayed / damaged brick work in cement or cement lime mortar and in any condition including removal of same complete all as specified and directed.

Demoiltion and breaking up 150mm dia drain pipes (saltglazed, stoneware , AC or reinforced concrete drain pipe, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed.

Demoiltion and breaking up 200mm dia drain pipes (saltglazed, stoneware , AC or reinforced concrete drain pipe, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed for 150 mm bore pipe in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under, haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed for 200 mm bore pipe in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under, haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150 SGSW drainpipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified.

M&L 200 SGSW drainpipes laid in trenches and jointed as specified.

M&L for 110mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints fixed on walls including PVC clamps fixed to wall properly including fixing of pipe with PCC (1:2:4) complete all as specified & directed.

Stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof - Bore of pipe 100mm - Supplied and fixed

M&L for 75mm bore, PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joints,laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast manhole / septic tanks covers including necessary form work and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel deformed bars 6-8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on any faces brick work including finishing the surface fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of manholes and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation bed of manhole, mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waist form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs n.exc.200mm thick in rough finished surfaces etc.

Cutting into exisiting manholes 150mm dia for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm dia Sand Cast iron soil waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in one brick thick honey com walling built in CM (1:4) complete all as directed at site.

M&L for Filling of brick bats in soak well laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm dia Sand Cast iron soil waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints and fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm dia Branch piece, single (equal or unequal) , ordinary or inverted, spigot or socket type or with parallel branches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50mm dia Sand Cast iron soil waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, and fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm dia Sand Cast iron soil waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 75mm dia Cast iron bend diminshing pieces or tapers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm dia Cast iron bend with oval access door diminshing pieces or tapers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50mm dia cast iron cowl complete all as specified and directed.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 910.00
