Following Works are to be Carrying out at 400KV Sub Station Bareilly, with all Cost of Men, Misc. Consumable, T&P etc. Required for Satisfactory Completion of the Work as per Technical Specifications and Direction of the Supervising Engineer as per Details below :

Checking, Routine Servicing / Minor Maintenance of Unit Air Compressors of Ingersoll - Rand make (Model : 234; 16 Kg / cm2 capacity) & Elgi make (Model : THPC 200; 32.5 Kg / cm2 capacity) of 400KV SF6 CBs and Elgi make (Model : THPC 200; 20.5 Kg / cm2 capacity) of 220KV SF6 CBs installed at 400KV Sub Station Bareilly during the Period of 11 Months on Monthly Basis. The Work includes Cleaning of Air Filter & Oil Chamber, Flushing & Filling of Fresh Compressor Oil, Attending of Fault of Electrical Circuits, Replacement of Defective / Old V-Belts, Oil Seal, Safety Valve, Drain Valve, Power Contactor, Relays, Switches etc. for Satisfactory Operation / Running of the Unit Air Compressors. (Servicing of 22 No. Unit Air Compressors Per Month × 11 Month = 242 No. Note: 1. All the material required work etc. shall be provided by the Department. 2. Oil and Manpower shall be provided by the Contractor. 3. Scrap materials shall be retain by the Department.
