Carriage of pipes new pipes approx 22 no. to site to across a lead of approx 30 Km in tata mobile load carrier including loading/unloading.

Providing of 150 mm dia, 4.0 mm thick ERW ISI marked pipe as per IS code 3589:2001 for rising main at LIS Gonipora. Pipe Specifications: NB size= 150 mm Thickness= 4 mm Type of welding= ERW Pipe length= 4-7 m Pipe Make: Surya prakash/jindal or equivalent .

Oxy acetylene gas cutting including of transportation of plant at site by gas plant.

Providing and welding of steel flanges of nominal pressure 1.0 as per IS 6392 .

Providing and fitting of 150 mm dia rubber gasket for flanged joints

Providing and fitting of MS nuts bolts of assorted sizes

Providing and fitting of non rising stem, PN rating 1.0, 150 mm CI double flanged sluice valve conforming to IS: 14846 of kirloskar/equivalent make.The job includes cost of jointing material nuts, bolts and RI washers required for the job. Manufacturers test certificate is mandatory.
