Taking down Chowkats With shutters(without taking of shutters from the frames) or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm including dismantling of brick work for hold fast complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Solid PVC Door frame of size 50 mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick wooden grain printed PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tubes , supplied and fixing in opening as per specification and Drg complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC wood grain printed door shutter, 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded /sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement and fixed in the frame at site complete as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F butt hinges stainless steel 100mm long medium weight etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodised extruded fabricated type handle 150mm long etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) jointless area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match the surface.over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed designer ceramic tiles 300 x 450 x 7 to 8mm thick on vertical surface as in dado/skirting and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/colour cement to match with the surface over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old or previously treated surfaces of RCC/Stone/Concrete/brick walls/Asbestos cement sheet or plastered surface and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Sample of camouflaging pattern to be approved by GE as per user requirement

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from RCC/Stone/Concrete/brick walls/Asbestos cement sheet or plastered surface and applying two coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and size over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note ;- Sample of camouflaging pattern to be approved by GE as per user requirement.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali-resistant primer over 1 mm wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coats of distemper oil emulsion on old surfaces upto any height including necessary scaffolding as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC 1 :4 :8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate ) as in sub base of floors complete all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 ( using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid in bays incl finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1 : 2 : 4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, mud stop, benching, coping padding and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete prepolished colour tiles 30 cm x30 cm x 25 mm thick,set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor using grey cement with pigment.including 20 mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 over complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 -2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Cleaning out of all the walls and floors of SWTs from the algae, vegetation including draining out of water and the like by suitable means and making good the disturbed surfaces where ever required incl material and labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to SWT Walls/Concrete floor as under :- (a) Making staging/scaffolding as per site requirement. ( b) Removing of loose concrete and existing plaster from the surface of SWTs. ( c) Chipping the entire surface to make roughen to receive the gunite. (d) fixing the additional reinforcement bars where the steel bars are rusted if reqd.. (f) Sand blasting the surface to remove the rust from the existing reinforcement if required. (g) Fixing of PVC nipple for grouting at honeycombed surface as per site condition if required. (h) Fixing of 3" x3"x10G welded wire mesh to the entire surface. (j) Applying of 50mm thick average guniting with CM 1:3.5 (1 cement : 3.5 course) sand with mixing of water proofing epoxy compound. (k) Grouting the nipples with non shrinkage compound. (l) Curing the gunited surface for 7 days and removing all the scaffolding etc complete.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm minimal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.4mm fixed with stainless steel staples complete all as specified and directed. .

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality of glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in square not exceeding 0.5 sqm each panes complete including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness) size , qauality or description from wooden/steel frames etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of boarding including fillets of any description fixed in any position with nails/screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixed at site on PVC frame as per specification and dwg complete all as specified and direcrted.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillets of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame etc complete all as specified and direcrted.

Ceiling board should of make : Saint Gobian/Armstrong/Gysboard/Hilux/Kingston for insulation and accoustic purpose fixed with staples with on snap grid and 4mm dia GI wire with nuts, bolts, adjustable arrangement and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable RCC/PVC water tank of capacity exceeding 250 but not exceeding 500 ltrs capacity including supply and fixing PVC water storage tank of 500 ltrs capacity HDPE double layered , cylindrical type fixed and hoisted in position on roof at any height complete with inlet/outlet of 20mm GI pipe connection including locking arrangement with ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, 15 mm bore Bib taps, fancy type, cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs coloured oval type wash hand basin, size 550x400 mm, white flat back, irun (for Hospilal use) excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets waste pipe 32mm, coupling etc fixed as in counter slab etc complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair CP grating of size 125mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pedestal pattern white excluding fixing bolts , flushing cistern and flush pipe complete but including PVC seat cover with aluminium hinges devices & EWC jet chromium plated with 1.00 mtr long PVC connection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, vitreous China squatting pan, 'Orissa' pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rest and 'P' or 'S' trap, including provision of lime concrete bedding, connection to trap and flushing pipe etc including all accessories reqd complete all as specified and directed..
