Informatory sign board 600x600mm square as per IRC 67- 2012 with high intensity Microprismatic grade retro reflective Sheeting as per ASTM D 4956 – 09 and as per IRC 67 – 2012. with retro reflective high intensity Microprismatic grade sheeting fixed over 3mm thick Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) sheeting having aluminium skin thickness of 0.25 to 0.3 mm on both sided and fixing the same with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets @ 200 mm c/c to back support frame of 25x25x3mm angle iron supported on a square hollow steel section post 60x60x3.2mm conforming to IS 4923 without cost of definition plate firmly fixed to ground in foundation concrete M-25 of size 0.45x0.45x0.60m for vertical post complete as per clause 801 of MORT&H specifications. Supplier shall provide a warranty as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 for retro reflective sheeting & a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory conforming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012. Cutting of trees of all girth and heidht with roots in non forest section for which statutory permission has been obtained by the PIU. Trees shall be the property of PIU and the Contractor will transport and store in the place designated by the Owner with 20 Km lead. Number of trees are estimated on the basis of site visits and survey. However, the number may vary due to non availability of fixed transmission lines.
Compensatory Plantation against cutting of trees in the ratio of 1:10 with 3 years full maintenance to give minimum 95% survival rate. All dead plants to be replaced with healthy plant to give desirable survival rate. Supply & Planting of trees in identified area for varieties such as Shisham, Neem, Pilkhan, Pipal, Mango, Arjun, Siris etc suitable to the area in aprrox 0.60 m dia holes and 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trench, watering including cost of labour and materials as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and maintaining the plants for three years.
Ambient Air Quality Monitoring through High Volume Samplers and com of Test Reports- 24 hourly for 4 twice a month for 36 months 3 locations around WTP site and 24 hourly for 48 hours duration of 6 months at each of 77 proposed OHSR locations

Conducting quarterly HIV/AIDS/ GBV Awareness Programme and testing on site, on quarterly basis, for not less than 90% of all workers including migrant and local labours as well as willing persons from surroundings through approved specialised agency with approval from Engineer-In- Charge, Provide and maintain condom dispenser at base camp and labour camp, Provide and maintain HIV/AIDS awareness posters, etc, inclusive of direct and indirect costs. Fine for not conducting check-ups. During Construction period.

Penalty applicable if Toilets not provided. Labour Camp Site & offices
(ii) Toilets to be developed at each OHSR Site to be used by the labour engaged for the construction activity. They may be ESS connected to city sewerage system and also permitted to be used by Public at large. The cost includes water soap & colour wash & maintenance at each toilet for 36 months. Penalty applicable, if Toilets not provided or cleaned
(iii) The units shall be maintained by daily cleaning six times a day for 36 months at Labour Camp. The toilets at OHSR sites may be maintained by Contractor's staff Daily Cleaning 6 times in a day
(i) Ambient Air Quality Monitoring through High Volume Samplers and compilation of Test Reports- 24 hourly once a month for for 36 months at 1 locations in WTP site 50 m downwind direction
