Part I- Electrification (Materials used for the work shall be as per the List of materials approved by the CCTCE and attached as separate document)

14.1 : Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

14.9 : Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1 :3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required.

14.10 : Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required (excluding reinforcement).

14.11 : Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

14.12.1 : Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

od1426170/2021_2022 : Supply and providing 65mm or nearest size C class MS pipe conforming to relevant IS specIfications completewith the heavy gauge specials such as bends, flanges, etc, welded and fixed at appropriate locations ,providing cork sheet in between the flanges at the joints , bolting the flanges together, painting the pipe , flange etc with 2 coats heat resistant paint suitable for outdoor applications , fixing the pipe firmly with fabricated structure, wall / any other mechanical support etc as required.

od1426171/2021_2022 : Fees to be paid to Electrical inspecterate towards prepertion of scheme of the complete electrrical installation for submitting to the Electrical inspecterate ,prepering all the documentation including payment of the statutary fees to be paid to Electrical inspecterate for getting sanction of energisation of the DG set.(Payment will be made as per the paid vouchers received )

5.3 : Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, andproviding masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

5.20 : Providing and fixing earth bus of 50 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface for connections etc. as required.

90.16.5.6 : Supply of superior quality copper earth socket for the following size of earth conductor including crimping etc. as required.

5.19 : Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

od1426173/2021_2022 : Supply and providing 25x6 mm brass bolt and nut with washers on the existing MS box / earth bus etc. as required including drilling necessary holes as required

90.12.7.28 : Supply, laying and clamping of 1 no. PVC insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium power cable, 1.1 KV grade of the following sizes using clamps noted along with the cables, spacing of clamps not exceeding 60cms, making good the damages , colour washing etc. as required.

9.1.21 : Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.3 1/2X 35 sq. mm (32mm)

90.14.1.2 : Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623.<br> Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc.

90.14.2.2 : Supply and providing 3mm SMC sheet as shrouding for bus interconnection / terminations etc. including required nut & bolt etc.

90.14.3.2 : Supply and providing heavy duty 'A' section neoprene gasket in the panel board

90.14.5 : Supply and fabrication conveyance and installation of angle iron frame work for wall mounting panel board

90.14.7 : Supply and providing copper earth bus in the panel board

90.14.10.4 : Supply, conveyance and fixing the following types & current rated control gears & switchgears conforming to IS 13947 suitable for 440 V, 50 Hz, AC supply in the existing panel assembly as required.
