RequiredSubmission of EMD.
RequiredSubmission of GST registration certificate & PAN copies
RequiredBidder should be a Manufacturer / Authorized Distributor / Channel Partner / Dealer / Supplier of Plummer Blocks suitable for use in Coal Handling Plant, of SKF / NTN / NSK / reputed make.(.(Refer section-I of tender document for complete qualification criteria and documents to be furnished).
Requiredi.If the bidder is a Manufacturer, the bidder shall furnish copy of registration certificate or any equivalent certificate to establish its credentials as manufacturer of the offered Plummer Blocks.
Requiredii.If the bidder is an Authorized Distributor / Channel Partner / Dealer, the bidder shall furnish a valid authorization letter / certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of SKF / NTN / NSK / reputed make for the offered Plummer Blocks.
Requirediii.If the bidder is a Supplier, the bidder shall furnish an authorization letter / certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the offered Plummer Blocks, duly incorporating the subject tender notice details in the said authorization letter.
Requirediv.If fails to furnish the authorization from the OEM, the bid may be considered, if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO / Govt. Org. / PSU, subject to submission of recently issued / executed orders or performance certificate issued within the last five F.Y. 2021-22 to 2025-26, related to supply of Plummer Blocks suitable for use in CHP of the offered make. However, TGGENCO discretion.
Requiredv.If submits the authorization from OEM, shall also submit copies of recently issued / executed orders or performance certificate issued within the last five F.Y. i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 for supply of Plummer Blocks suitable for use in Coal Handling Plant to Power Utilities / Govt. Org. / Public Sector Undertakings / reputed private organizations.
RequiredTechnical specifications / product catalogue / brochures / datasheets pertaining to the offered materials, along with other relevant technical particulars if any, shall be furnished
OptionalAll relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped.
OptionalDeclaration that the company is not under blacklist by any Govt. Department / PSU due to any reason.
