Supply of Fibre Glass Reinforced (FRP) Needles with FRP Coated MS Frame. Needle shall be made out of standard quality FRP composite materials. Smooth surface shall be provided from both the sides of the needles, toung and box type groove shall be provided to the needles for interlocking in to each other. Box Type groove protect the edge of the needle. Rubber seal of size 15mm x 4mm thk. shall be fixed in to the groove for water tight performance. handles shall be provide at two location for lifting and lowering of the needle into the frame. FRP Needles shall be tailor made section as per size required at site for closing the bandhara the rate are as follows. b) For thickness of needle and 65mm + 3mm (hollow type) for the water depth 0 mtrs to 2 mts from top and width not more than 2.50 mts in clear span.
