Outsourcing of services for manning and operation of Main pump House & IB gate pump house for three shifts (round the clock) including sunday and holiday by deploying three skilled operator (One operator for 08 hrs in one shift) for operation of complete equipments / machinery i.e submersible pump sets, centrifugal pump sets & water treatment plants including distribution of water supply by operating the mandatory valves after treatment of water by operation of chlorination plant installed in the pump house complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES:- (i) Time for supply of water will be fixed by the department and same will be communicated to contractor by Engr in Charge. (ii) Water to be tested for residual chlorine before distribution to users and record of the same will be maintained for each test. (iii) Unserviceable state of any pump and plant installed at pump houses will be immediately intimated to department for timely rectification of the defect . (iv) The Operator deployed by the contractor must be of proper trade 10+2 pass having minimum 02 (Two) years experience/a person having 07 years experience in the relevant trade/Ex-serviceman of the relevant trade. (v) Chemical analysis of water sample of water pump collected from delivery side will be done by the contractors after six months from NABL certified Laboratory. Cost of chemical analysis deemed to the including in quoted rates.

(ii) Boiler associated circulation pump set of capacity 2 HP - 03 Nos. (iii ) Booster pump set of capacity 5 HP - 01 No. (iv) LT panels and connected control switch gears. NOTES : (i) Fuel like Diesel and lubricants shall be issued under Sch'B' free for filling. (ii) The Operator deployed by the contractor must be of proper trade 10+2 pass having minimum 02 (Two) years experience/a person having 07 years experience in the relevant trade/Ex-serviceman of the relevant trade.
