SCHEDULE 'A'

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation and getting out in soft/disintegrated rocks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of column, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to better in rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of columns, rough finished surfaces of concrete square or rectangular complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of beam/lintel bend and similar structure for flat rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-30 design mix as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; base for columns, etc.; basement slabs, unde-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-30 design mix as in coloums, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-30 design mix as in beams, lintel band and gable beams complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and above, as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No. 9.00 but above 6mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Porbandar stone masonary, block in course, well bonded and bedded, built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Excavated soils not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses, grill, grating and gates etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of making the semi-circular structure is deemed to be included in the rate quote.

M&L for preparing of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granules textured homogeneous wall finishing system consisting of a two component system of dry granules (25 Kg per Pack) made of 92% silica particles coated with fade resistant pigment, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kg per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating being between 0.8mm -1.2mm to be applied on curved, smooth level plaster without key, as per manufacture directions, for usages to be applied and approved applicator of the manufacture as per the direction/ supervision of the Engineer-in-charge, all complete. The above textured coating should conform to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476:Part 7:1971 and pull off strength of the coating to meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Bakelite Hylam Limited or equivalent make approved by the GE.

Supply and fix fabrication stainless steel (tubular sections) as in gates of grade 304, bright finish, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Type of tublar section height, width of Gate pintol hinges and alike complete will be all as directed by GE at site.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size (a) 16 Sqmm 2 core. Make: Polycab/Havells/Finolex

Material and Labour for DWC pipe 40 mm laying in trenches/ under floor/on walls for protection of UG cables of following sizes, complete with coupler and connected accessories all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Cutting of floor/ road and making good with PCC deemed to be included in item rate Make: Gemini or equivalent

M&L for circuit wiring with two single core 4 sq mm stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed cable ISI marked in PVC conduit heavy duty of dia 25mm fixed in wall/on surface or ceiling for sub main wiring alongwith including 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor ISI marked as earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: RR cables/HPL/ Havells/ Finolex
