Erection of indoor 11kV MEI make MCVCB 31.5MVA switchgear panel with allied works along with Civil portion at 220/66/11kV EDC GIS R/s pertaining to Hoody Operation Division, in the Transmission(Op), South Circle, Bengaluru on partial turnkey basis on percentage Tender Basis

Should have carried out work of erection of one 11kV MCVCB Switchgear Panel(SAS Compatible) on Total Turnkey or Partial Turnkey basis, which shall be in satisfactory service prior to date of submission of the Bid.

Bidder shall have adequate knowledge of Sub-stations and Transmission lines design procedures including quality control and shall have infrastructure and erection facilities and capacity to execute the works.

The Bidder should posses valid Super Grade Electrical Contractor License issued by the Government of Karnataka as on the date of Bid Submission. In addition, the bidder should have the following qualifying requirement (Technical).

While computing the balance works on hand pertaining to KPTCL only those works where the financial progress is less than 50% shall be reckoned on the entire award amount.

The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years with KPTCL. A history of awards involving litigations against the bidder or any party or JV may result in rejection of bid.Bidders are requested to furnish the self declaration stating the above and upload the same along with the other documents in the relevant field in the e-procurement portal, failing which the offer is liable to be rejected.

Bidder shall furnish self-declaration stating that no such actions against the bidder have been taken by KPTCL as per NIT and upload the same along with other documents in relevant field in the e-procurement portal failing which the offer is liable to be rejected.

Bidder to source the supply of equipment material from KPTCL approved Vendors only as per the QR for Vendor registration, available in the KPTCL website.

The bidder should not have been disqualified for non-performance in any of the Government utilities in the past five years and bidder shall furnish a self-declaration to this effect and upload the same in e-procurement portal in relevant field, failing which the offer is liable to be rejected.

Bidder shall be financially sound. Bidder shall submit audited financial reports for last five financial years preceding the date of bid submission.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as per NIT.

For assessing the Financial Capability of the Bidder, balance Works on hand with KPTCL and other commitments of the Bidder will be taken into account. In computing the same, such of those works of KPTCL entrusted to the Bidder and where the percentage of financial progress is more than 50%, the same shall not be reckoned while assessing the Financial Capability of the Bidder concerned. For NON-KPTCL works, the value of the pending portion of the works on hand will be reckoned.

If the Bidders company is having various wings or Divisions and the turnover of each of the wing or Division are audited separately and have separate resources, in such events the turnover and commitments of that wing or Division which deals with KPTCL will be taken into account for assessing the financial capability.
