Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling timber scantlings as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in framed work, in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for Plain fillets of second class soft wood (KAIL), sectional area exceeding 13 Sqcm but not exceeding 25 Sqcm in square, rectangular or traingular in section, clean sawn secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain fillets of second class soft wood (KAIL), sectional area exceeding 6 Sqcm but not exceeding 13 Sqcm in square, rectangular or traingular in section, bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge or face complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails to timber frame work on ceiling complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 6 mm thick plywood, 5 Nos of ply, grade BWP, type BB fixed with nails timber frame-work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for laminated wooden flooring 8mm thick laid over 2mm thick thermacol over 100 micron polythene film with suitable arrangement including dismantling of existing old one complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F False ceiling using anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards 600mm x 600mm using hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of appropriate GI assembly if reqd complete all as specified and directd by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of wood and wood based material surface of any descriptiony description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of old painted surface of wood and wood based material and one coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of old surfaces of steel and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint , not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully copper or aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets bulk, head fitting, tube light fitting by unscrewing carefully from boards etc and making good, distrubed surface of walls floors etc.

M&L for Point wiring with multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable in PVC casing and capping, 1.5 Sqmm with all fittings/accessories and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper earth wire connected to common earth including closed recessed wooden terminal Boxes of suitable size made of 2nd class hard wood for mounting switches, sockets etc with 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for one light point or bell/buzzer point controlled by one switch, complete.

All as per Srl item No 34 here in before but for one 3 pin socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board.

All as per item No 34 here-in-before but for point wiring for power point with 2.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable 1100 Volt grade drawn through and including PVC casing caping heavy duty ISI marked /heavy duty conduit ISI marked as required at site alongwith accessories with 2.5 Sq mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earthing and connected to common earth all as specified.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 54,429.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
