Carrying out general and routine maintenance 'B' Check including replacement of fitlets such as oil filters, fuel filters, cooling elements and complete with 'O' ring and drain out the old engine oil and filliing up with the new engine oil including testing up to 750 KVA DG Sets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Make: Kirloskar/ Cummins/ Greaves/Ruston Note: Engine oil and spares shall be measured and paid seperately in relevent items

Supply and fixing Battary 12 volt 180 AH battery for DG Set operation complete all as specefied and as directed by engr- in- charge. Make (EXIDE/PRESTOLITE/AMRON/LUMINOUS )

Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable self starter, 12Volt/24 Volt DC and dismantling complete for repair, servicing, cleaning, varnishing, oiling, reassembling & testing including replacement of the Following parts :- (a) Armature – 01 No (b) Solenoid switch – 01 No. (c) Field coils – 01 No. (d) Commutator – 01 No. (e) Carbon brush – 02 Nos (f) Bendex assembly – 01 No

Supply only air cleaning element inner and outer with necessary 'O' rings for DG Set 25 KVA to 200 KVA as that of existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply only air cleaning element inner and outer with necessary 'O' rings for DG Set 250 KVA to 750 KVA as that of existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply only the following new parts suitable for existing DG set 160 KVA to 500 KVA, 1500 RPM, Make: CUMMINS/KIRLOSKAR/GREAVES/RUSTON (Note :- Fixing element of these items is included under the rates quoted by the contractor for Schedule `A' item No 1.)

(a) Piston Assembly complete (TD piston+G Pin + circlips ) etc as standard size,

(b) Piston rings set

(c) Inlet & Exhaust valves

(d) Valve guide

(e) Valve spring alongwith seating washer

(f) Lubricating oil filter with strainer

(g) Set of Radiator hose pipe with clamps complete set

Supply only fuel filter with 'O' rings upto 750 KVA DG set as that of existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only Lub oil filter with 'O' rings upto 750 KVA DG set as that of existing make and model complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply only inhibitor corrosion anti freze coolant upto 750 KVA DG Sets of Capacity as that of existing make and model all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only engine oil 15W/40 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge, Make: Castrol/Servo/Indian Oil

Supply only inhibitor corrossion filter (water upto 750 KVA)

Supply and fix fuel injector pipe compatible for 25 to 750 KVA DG Set.

Supply only the following new parts suitable for DG set upto 320 KVA, 1500 RPM of Existing make (Note :- Fixing element of these items is included under the rates quoted by the contractor for Schedule `A' item No 20 below)

(a) Valve guide

(b) Inlet and exhaust valve

(c) Valve spring alongwith seating washers

(d) Piston assembly

(e) Piston ring set

(f) Lubricating oil filter with strainer

(g) Fuel filter with strainer

(h) Flexible pipe

(j) Gasket set complete

(k) Piston sleeve standard

(l) Injector Pipe

M & L for taking down the turbo charger, taking out to work authorised work shop dismantling, claeaning and replacement of turbo charger kit (i.e shaft, 'O' ring, bearing/bush and nut bolts) clamps hoses including calibration of turbo charger and refixing to its original positions after repairs and testing and commissioning upto 750 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing battery cable lead of copper conductor 95 Sqmm single core with necessary terminal suitable for 12 Volt/24 180 AH Battery

M & L for dismantling rusted/defective acoustic enclousure doors hinges and suppy and fix new doors hinges of any sixe including cutting, welding brazing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismounting the diesel generator set Radiator of Capacity 500 KVA to 750 KVA, Removing the out side unserviceable core completely and replacing the old core with new copper core including servising, cleaning of front side radiator core, brazing, assembling & pressure test complete at workshop and commissioning at the side of GE (P) Navy Kalinga all as specified and direcred by Enge-in-Charge. (i) The above quoted rate incuding the transportation charges from GE (P) Navy Kalinga to work shop and back. Overhauing and radiator core replacement to be carried out the authorized agency as per the manufacturers. (ii) The contractor is liable to rectify any defect over after the repair carried out for period of two year.

Dismounting the diesel generator set Radiator of Capacity 100 KVA to 320 KVA, Removing the out side unserviceable core completely and replacing the old core with new copper core including servising, cleaning of front side radiator core, brazing, assembling & pressure test complete at workshop and commissioning at the side of GE (P) Navy Kalinga all as specified and direcred by Enge-in-Charge. (i) The above quoted rate incuding the transportation charges from GE (P) Navy Kalinga to work shop and back. Overhauing and radiator core replacement to be carried out the authorized agency as per the manufacturers. (ii) The contractor is liable to rectify any defect over after the rapiir carried out for period of two year.

S & F and commissioning in repair microprocessor-based generagtor set Control Panel (160 to 500 KVA DG Set) of any make and model and as per site requirement for monitoring metering and congtrol system to provides a simple operator interface to the generator set, digital voltage regulation, digital engine speed governing, start/stop control, 12V/24 V battery operation and generator set protective functions for integration of all functions into a single control system to provide enhanced reliability and performance compared to conventional generator set control system all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge. Note: (i) Installation and commisioning will be carried out by the authorised agency as per the manufacturers. A certificate will be rendered by the contractor that the item installation has been done by the authorised agents. (ii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of any spares replaced during installation of microprocessor set other than supply only items, as prescribed by the manufacturers instructions.

Material and labour for overhauling of 320 KVA DG Set Engine by dismantling complete and replacing the unserviceable parts like connecting rod, piston, piston rings and overhauling and servicing of Head Assembly, Nozels, injectors, etc Assembling back complete Engine and necessary alignment with alternator and testing to load, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Spares for overhauling shall be measured sperately.

Dismounting the Alternator from diesel engine and seperating the same and removing out the unserviceable flywheel and supply and fixing new fly wheel assembly suitable for DG Set capacity upto 500 KVA
