SCHEDULE 'A' PART - VII (MISC ITEMS) (Note for items 07 to 33 : The contractor shall quote his rate for each of these items separately. The estimated rate is left blank since the same is not prepriced by MES)

Dismantling existing central AC Plant of cap 3 x 50 TR alongwith connected items viz. Chiller piping, electrical panel, AHU's electrical motor/pump, cooling tower etc and depositing in MES store Yard. All as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Tools and equipments required for its dismantling process is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (b) Vehicle reqd for shifting of unsv central AC plant including loading and un loading is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply and installation of Air cooled scrolled type chiller unit with CFC free R-407C/134A refrigerent, each unit of equal capacity not less than 3x 50 TR.(=Total 150 TR, 2x 50TR=100TR working and 1 x 50TR standby) with following specification:-

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioing of Air cooled, floor mounted water chilling machine Net capacity complete with chilled scrolled type multiple compressor, star delta starter, shell and tube chiller, Air cooled Fin and tube type condenser, condenser fan, common based frame/skid structure, interconnected copper refrigerent piping, vibration insulator, gauge panel, flexible connector at chiller connections, automatic safety controller, ozone friendly CFC free refrigerent gas R-407C/ 134A and oil, Nitrile rubber insulation of chiller and suction pipe etc. The motor shall be suitable for operation on 415+ 10% Volt, 50 Hz, 3 Phase AC power supply. Chilling machine shall be complete with its micro processor based control panel and starter with main switch. Chiller panle shall be complete for remote operation and should provide status (additional potential free contacts shall be required to perform this function) and electrical heater. Necessary civil work such as PCC foundation for placement iof chiller to be covered in the scope of work.

The chiller shall be as per the techincal specification. The water chilling machine shall meet the following design parameters: (a) Actual minimum cooling cap required : 100 TR @ local ambient condition. (b) Chilled water leaving temp 44° F (6.6 Deg.C) (c) Chilled water entering temp : 54° F (12.2 Deg.C) (d) Evaporator fouling factor : 0.0005 (FPS) Make of strip heater : Industrial/Rapid cool/Dashpass Make of Thermostat : SIEMENS/Honey well/Jhonson/Steffa Make of chiller unit : Voltas/Carrier/Blue star/York (e) LKW/TR : Not exceeding 1.3 (f) Refrigerent (Ozone friendly type) : R 407C/R-410/R-134A (g) Two working simultaneously and one as standby.

Note :- 1. contractor before quoting the tender will visit the site,calculate tonnage,check the design to meet the cooling parameter and feasibility of installation of design and sepecification provided by the department. 2. Accessories, fittings, supporting items complete as specified in BOQ shall be included in the rate. No extra payment shall be allowed for the same.
