Supplying, Installing, Connecting, Commissioning and Testing of Transformer, Step Down, Outdoor type, 11 KV / 433 V [at No load], AC, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, of 1000 KVA capacity, Double Copper Wound, Oil immersed, CRGO Core type Naturally cooled, Built-up with class "A" insulation, designed & constructed with particular reference to Tropical Condition, conforming to IS – 1180 [Part-I], Level-3 with latest amendment complete all as specified and as directed and comprising of the following Specification and Fittings:- Continuous Rating : 1000 KVA No-Load Voltage Ratio : 11 KV / 433 V Tapping on HV [%] : ± 7.5, ± 5, ± 2.5 Phase & Frequency : 3 Phase & 50 Hz Connection : Delta Star Vector Group : DYN 11 Cooling : ONAN Type : Outdoor with HV LV cable Box

Terminal Arrangement: [i] HV and LV Side: Cable Box [ii] Quad furcating cable box with five compression glands for PVC Cable and One additional neutral terminal shall be brought out separately for earthing purpose on LV Side. [iii] First filling of new and unused Transformer Oil [IS – 335 Marked], filtered and tested up to 60KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. Certification of dielectric strength shall be submitted by the Contractor after filling the oil. [iv] Apart from routine tests mentioned in these tender documents and relevant IS, pre-commissioning inspection of Transformer shall be carried out by Senior Electrical Inspector / Electrical Inspector. [v] All necessary arrangements with devices for measuring the temperature of core winding and oil shall be done by contractor deemed to be included in the quoted rate [vi] Platform for placement of Transformer shall be as per the manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. The cost of platform is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. [vii] The drawings of the transformer should be approved by the accepting officer before placing order. [viii] The factory acceptance test to be done by the rep of Accepting officer prior to dispatch.

Earthing complete with Galvanised Steel Earth Plate Electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level] with top edge of Plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6mm [Earth Lead] and GI pipe 40 mm dia light Grade for earthing lead protection to the extent of maximum 7.5m, earth plate electrode surrounded by 150mm thick packed layers of charcoal and common salt filled in alternate layers, connected to the plate by means of GI bolts & nuts complete all as per Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I, connected to earthing test point including testing on completion including PCC [1:2:4, Type B1] Pit with RCC 1:2:4, Type B1 Cover 50 mm thick with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia TMT bars in both ways, MS frame made with 40 X 40 X 6 mm angle iron, MS funnel with 20 mm bore medium grade GI Watering pipe, wire mesh, earth work excavation, returning filling, removal of surplus soil etc. including removing old unserviceable earthing set complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and testing HT UG cable, XLPE insulated, screened insulated, steel strip armoured and pressure extruded PVC bedded, 11000 Volts grade, earthed, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of size 3 Core 120 Sqmm laid in trenches, fixed to walls or passing through pipes and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and testing LT UG cable, XLPE insulated, screened insulated, steel strip armoured and pressure extruded PVC bedded, 1100 Volts grade [heavy duty] with aluminium conductor of size 3.5 Core 300 Sqmm laid in trenches, fixed to walls or passing through pipes and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and testing LT UG cable, XLPE insulated, screened insulated, steel strip armoured and pressure extruded PVC bedded, 1100 Volts grade [heavy duty] with aluminium conductor of size 3.5 Core 185 Sqmm laid in trenches, fixed to walls or passing through pipes and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cutting existing bituminous road / Hardstanding. etc as required at site for laying / jointing cables not exc 600mm in depth and and not exc 300mm in width and refilling the excavted portion including making good the top 100mm thick with PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished even and smooth without using extra cement and removing the surplus materials to a distance not exc 50m complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install, connect, test and commissioning of weather proof LT Feeder pillar box, cubical type, factory made powder coated, outdoor type pedastal type dust and vermin proof, totally enclosed with front and rear opening hinged doors with canopy sloped top projected and raised platform of suitable size, fabricated with CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick of suitable size with support of angle iron 50x50x6mm thick with locking arrangement, hinged doors with projection and raised platfor of suitable size complete internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor cable, including cable glands and lugs for incoming and out going cables as per required sizes, PCC platform made out of PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 and pedestal of 30cm height from GL with suitable nut, bolts, washers suitable for and including acommodating the following components including dismantling olf panel board complete all as specified and directed:- Incoming: [a] ACB, 4P, 1600A, 50 KA, drawout type Thermal magnetic release - 01 No Outgoing: [b] ACB, 4P, 630A, 50 KA, drawout type Thermal magnetic release - 01 No [c] MCCB, 4P, 500A, 36 KA, Thermal magnetic adjustable - 01 No [d] MCCB, 4P, 320A, 36 KA, Thermal magnetic adjustable - 01 No [e] MCCB, 4P, 200A, 36 KA, Fixed type - 02 Nos [f] Digital intelligent Panel meter to measure voltage, current, frequency, power factor, KWH, etc with all connected CTs/PT - 06 Nos [g] Tinner copper bus bar of 2400 Amps including coloured PVC sleeve for 3 Phase with neutral supply - 01 Set [h] LED indication lamp RYB - 06 Set Note: All terminations of existing cable should be provided with copper lugs / thimbles and suitable size of glands.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and not exceeding 1.5m deep in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material /soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Sand filling in trenches using dry river sand as cushioning to under ground cable including spreading, levelling and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. [Note: Punned thickness of sand shall only be measured.]

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thickness as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable covers of class HV, type-1, flat of size 300x180x40mm laid in trenches along alignment of cable for protection complete all as directed

M & L for laying 100mm dia GI pipe light grade laid for cable protection at road crossings or fixed on walls / poles secured with clamps complete all as directed

Supply and laying common burnt burnt building clay bricks of sub-class 'B' designation 75 complete all as directed
