Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work blasting soft or hard rock or by chiselling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming/ chiselling of sides and bed stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil after completion of work in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil complete in all respect as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in drain and channels etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, ballast work soft or hard blasting saturated soil or other mixed soil including lip cutting after dressing and compaction of sides and beds & disposing of excavated materials in all leads and lifts disposed material to be levelled and neatly dressed including compaction as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement :3 sand: 6graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement :4 sand: 8graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement :one and half sand : three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in all leads and lifts in:- (a) (a) foundation , footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete..

(b) walls any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtrs. thickness attached pillasters , plinths and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level in including all leads and lifts .

( c)Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, lintels, beams girders bresumers and cantilevers upto all floor two level (Approach 1 meter wide)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1Cement :2 sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing completre excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts in :- (a)Suspended floors, roofs, landing, shelves and their supports balconies, lintels, beams girders bresumers and cantilevers upto all floor two level (Approach 1 meter wide)

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including certring shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in all leads and lifts in:-(a) flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs, landings and the like in(a) floor etc. upto 200mm thickness.

(c) Beams, Cantilivers, girders and lintels sidies and soffits of beams, beam haunchinges, cantilivers, girders, bressumers, and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. in depth in all leads and lilfts.Colunms pillars posts and struts upto floor two level.

( e) Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like

Providing RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand ) in all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Laying, jointing and testing of GI pipe for inlet, outlet and over flow (i) 80mm dia

Providing, supplying and fixing cast Iron double flanged sluice valve as per IS:14846/2000 latest with upto date ammendments of Kirloskar / Leader / KSB / Kartar / Pelican make of following diameter, PN-1 including MS Flanges Table - 17, confirming to IS: 6392-1971 or latest with upto date ammendments including cutting of pipes wherever required, welding in three layers (leak proof) confirming to specifications as perescribed in relevant IS code i.e. IS: 816-1969 or latest as applicable with upto date ammendments with nuts, bolts, washers & specials etc. confirming to relevant IS code or latest with upto date ammendments including packing sheet i.e. asbestos fibre sheet minimum 3mm thick and painting with anticorrosive paints complete in all respect including all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (i) 80 mm dia

Laying, jointing (by way of circumfrential butt welding joints in three layers by electrical arc welding) and testing of GMS pipe of following dia meters confirming to BIS 1239 (Part-I) grade specificed below (latest with upto date amendments) having wall thickness as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7meters including manufacturing reducers/tapers, all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes. The laying of pipe will incluse all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS: 814 of Advani Oerlikon/L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separately) (i) 125mm dia (Medium class)

Dressing of bed and preparation of sub grade perfectly as per cross section of the canal and according to correct level longitudinally so as to form a firm compacted bed for the linning in all kinds of soil within all leads and lifts including providing templates in curved portion of lining complete in all respect as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing of jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1 mtrs. above ground and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 20 mtrs. outside the per perphery of the area cleared upto 30 cm girth in all leads and lifts.

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ concrete stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two levels including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6 sand) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in retaining wall/ breast wall complete in all respect and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
