Supply, install Chemical Dosing system plunger type suitable to inject solution upto 25 LPH comprising dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.5 HP, 1440 RPM assembly with agitator in one motorm agitator with SS sweep blade duly FRP coated, FRP tank 150 Ltrs capacity, complete unit mounted on heavy duty MS fabricated frame duly anticorrosive paint complete with chemical grade PVC NRV , Model No :- SSAPS/CDSPT/25 of make or other equivalent make as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.01 above but Chemical Dosing system plunger type suitable to inject solution upto 50 LPH Model No :- SSAPS/CDSPT/50 of make or other equivalent make as approved by GEcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation / Pedestals or Anchorage / Thrust Blocks for Pipelines etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with modular fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius, built in CM (1:4) including demolition of brick work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of new or untreated plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & laying in trenches or fixing on wall or passing through pipe or in cable ducts PVC insulated PVC round sheathed galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade as per IS 694 :1990with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core 4 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB TPN, 40 Amps, 3 PH, 50 HZ 415 V with enclosure with a three pin and earth plug with socket complete with one triple pole and Neutral MCB complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth and getting out soft / loose soil for laying of cables, pipes etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 m distance and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supply and spreading clean dry sand for cable cushioning in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and laying Sub Class 'B' bricks of old size (23x11x7cm) laid along aligment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply & Fix the following sizes of GI tubing, medium grade, with all fittings and fixtures complete laid in trenches / floors / fixed to walls/ ceilings all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening and fixing complete of Fe- 410 (grade -E250) quality 'B' complete all as specified and direcetd by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and direcetd by Engr-in-charge.

Supply install testing and commissioning of Silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 Volt (at 0.8 PF) 30 KVA 3 phase 50 Hz, 1500 RPM with accostic enclosure and canopy type (outdoor use) made out of 14 gauge CRCA sheet with AMF Panel and including all excavation, PCC foundation (as per manufacture design), anti vibration pads tamper standard control panel as per manufacture instructions as directed by manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The DG Set shall consists of the accessories as given in Annexure 'A'. Make of DG Set . Make : Kirloskar / Cummins / GREAVES / Mahindra. Note: (a) Annexure 'A' has been uploaded along with the tender documents and is the part of BOQ for all purposes. (b) The DG Set and all accessories / fittings shall conforming to relevant IS with latest amendments. (c) Completion of the work shall be issued after precommisioning of DG Set inspection by Testing Officer. Necessary diesel, tools and equipment shall be provided by the contractor for testing / precommsioning without any extra cost.

Supply and laying XLPE cable PVC, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 95 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and direcetd by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and direcetd by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for earth work, dismantling / Taking out LT electric UG cable any type of size, from pole / feeder pillar box / panel / trenches for repair to burnt end of cable preparing fresh terminals and reconnection to original or through out door termination joint relay, fixing the removed portion of cable in trenches or along pole / panel / feeder pillar box wiring, old bricks and sand returning filling the excavated soil complete all as specified and direcetd by Engr-in-charge.

S & F cable heat shrinkable outdoor terminal joint, 1.1 KV grade, for suitable for XLPE 3.5 core LT cable of size 35 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling manually in soft / loose soil under road / hard standing / culvert / nala of suitable bore for protection pipe upto 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Depth of bore shall not be more than 1 Mtr from original ground level.

Supply and lay PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable wire armoured, electric control cables (heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 10 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 3.5 core

Supply and Laying GI pipes Light grade 40 mm bore as cable protection laid in trenches, floor or fixed to pole all as directed.

Supply and replacement of MS ERW pipe heavy grade 150 mm bore thickness not less than 4.8 mm all as per IS 3589 2001 with flanged made out of MS and rubber insertion, nuts, bolts etc Complete including necessary Tees, elbows, flanges, including cutting, welding etc and preparation of pipe surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer in open place and with bitumen coating/felt cover including making leak proof joints laid in floors or fixed on walls and celling. complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-in-charge.

Drilling of trial bore of 200 mm dia upto 200 mtr depth below ground level in any kind of soil strata including hard stone / boulder including electric logging, MS cap, MS flat iron clamps, reducing sockets etc (for 02 nos borewells) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Development of trial bore by reaming in following step:- (a) From 200 mm to 350 mm (b) From 350 mm to 450 mm (c) From 450 mm to 525 mm

Reaming upto 525 mm for 20 RM from ground level including PVC Heavy duty casing pipe of 200/250 mm dia for housing pipe of borewell including necessary specials and pea gravel in steps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Reaming upto 525 mm for 60 RM from ground level including PVC Heavy duty casing pipe of 150/175 mm dia and strainer 3 / 6 metre long for housing pipe of borewell including necessary specials and pea gravel in steps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note: The quoted rate is also inclusive of (a) Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25%extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water (For 02 Nos Borewells) (b) Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield.

All as per Item No 38.02 above but development of trail bore by reaming upto 525 mm dia exceeding depth of 60 meters to200 meters.

S & F high density polyethylene pipe (HDPE) PN 8 of size 63 mm outer dia of pressure rating 6 kgf/Sqcm laid in trenches including all fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set of suitable dia which can accommodate in 200mm dia casing pipe, 3 HP three phase 440 volt water filled type AC 50 HZ of discharge capacity not less than 4800 LPH at 100 mtr head, including submersible cable, installing suitable control panel board made of MS sheets of suitable thickness and angle iron frame, outdoor type, comprising MCB TPN 32 Amps - 01 N, DOL starter of suitable capacity, Voltmeter 0-500V-01 No and indicator lamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying XLPE cable PVC, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of size 25 sqmm 4 core.

Supply and fix MCCB 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts, breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
