Taking out unserviceable handle from Almirah large steel and supply and fixing new handle chromium plated of approved quality. Matching with existing shape and size. All as shown in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable hand rest from chair writing cushioned and supply and fixing new hand rest made of integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'A' hardness and reinforced with MS insert. Matching with the existing shape and size. All as shown in drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL (FD-257 & 1029) NOTE:- Work to be executed at Unit/OTM location or in furniture yard and also proper staging and layout repaired furniture side inside the store as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable hasp & staple from Locker bed side steel and Supply and fixing new hasp and staple of approved quality matching with the existing shape and size and as per drg complete all as specified and directed. Taking out unserviceable handle from Locker bed side steel and Supply and fixing new aluminium steel bow handle 100mm long of approved quality matching with the existing shape & size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable hanging rod from locker bed side steel and Supply and fixing new CP steel hanging rod 19 mm approved quality all as shown in drg complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable leg from Locker Bed side steel and Supply and fixing new legs of Locker Bed side steel made out of 1.00mm thick steel plain black sheet of approved quality matching with the exisiting shape and size all as shown in drg complete all as specified and directed. Taking out unserviceable Plywood from Charpoy with hard top (MS Pipe), Supply and fixing new plywood of size 1935 x 845 x 12 mm thick commercial ply exteror grade BWR, IS Code-303, fixed at the top of charpoy screwed with MS cleat with Nut, bolt and washers and shall be welded to MS tube legs before fixing of plywood all steel/iron surface. Rest all as per the drawing and complete all as specified and directed. Note : Work to be executed at Unit/OTM location or in furniture yard and also proper staging and layout repaired furniture side inside the store as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for hard rubber shoe of charpoy with hard top (MS Pipe) of black colour as per existing as approved complete all as specified and shown in drawing and complete all as specified and directed. NOTE FOR ITEM NO 15.00 :- (i) Work to be executed at Unit/OTM location or in furniture yard. (ii) Proper staging and layout repaired furniture inside the store if required in furniture yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable Plywood from Bed with hard top MS Pipe and Bed Hard wooden, supply and fixing new plywood of size 1935 x 845 x 12 mm thick commercial ply exteror grade BWR, IS Code-303 Fixed at the top of charpoy screwed with MS cleat with Nut, bolt and washers and shall be welded to MS tube legs, before fixing of plywood all steel/iron surface. Taking out unserviceable Plywood from Charpoy folding steel, supply and fixing new plywood of size 1935 x 845 x 12 mm thick commercial ply exteror grade BWR, IS Code-303 in two equal par fixed at the top of charpoy screwed with Nut, bolt and washers after titening the adjoint parts of charpoy folding steel. Rest all as per the drawing and as directed by Engr-in Charge .

BOOK CASE STEEL GLAZED FD-1028

Taking out unserviceable sliding door and replace with new sliding door of book case steel glazed as per drawing and all as per trade pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable internal shelves and replace with new shelves of book case steel glazed as per drawing and all as per trade pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable Door lock with duplicate Key and replace with new door lock as per drawing and all as per trade pattern complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of broken door glass 3/5mm as per drawing and complete all as specified and directed.

WELDING

Running welding to any steel furniture items with Gas/Electric as required. Running welding upto 12mm shall be considered one point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

PAINTING

Scratching old unserviceable paint from under metntioned furniture items and cleaning and making the surface smooth after removing of dents and patches and painting the same inside & out side with two coat of silver hammer tone paint any other shade complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Painting work to be carried out at unit /OTM location alloted by Engr -in charge.
