Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 (fifty) metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded stone aggregate) or richer mix including equivalent design mix, including carriage of material ,within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto Four sand isto Eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty milimetres ) nominal size and down gauge) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of forms work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material ,within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar inlcuding stacking material within 50 metres lead for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm ( ten milimetres to twenty five milimetres), including carriage of material within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 10 mm (ten milimetres) to 20 mm ( twenty milimetres) in patches of area 2.5 ( two decimal five) sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement isto 4 fine sand) including carriage of material within all leads and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 600x600 mm ( six hundred into six hundred milimetre) vitrified of Restile/ Johnson/ Nitco/ Rak / Kajaria / AGL / Simpolo / Somany /Orient Bell in flooring as per approved shade and design of the office (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% ( zero decimal zero eight percentage) and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm ( twenty milimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm ( three decimal three kilogram per squaremetre) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etcetera complete, including carriage of material within all leads and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 300X300 mm (three hundred into three hundred millimetre) antiskid Ceremic tile of Orient/RAK/Kajaria/Somany/Johnson/ Bell in flooring on 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved architectural drawing, design and specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge . The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 300X450 mm (three hundred into four hundred fifty millimetre) 1st quality Ceremic Glazed tile of Kajaria/ Swastik / Somany / Bell / AGL/Johnson in skirting risers of steps and dados on 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete including carriage of material within all leads and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of Birla / JK average thickness 1 mm ( one milimetre) over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, including carriage of material ,within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved specification, drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of Asian / Dulux / Berger / Nerolac Suraksha paints of approved interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour two or more coats, as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint Asian / Dulux / Berger / Nerolac Suraksha paints of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade two or more coats on new work (wood & steel work), including cost and carriage of material within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
