Overhauling, Servicing and Rectification of complete 33kV Indoor Bus Bar System & panels at 132kV Substation Fatehpur: Complete overhauling and servicing of 33kV Indoor Switchgear System including bus bars and associated panels, Make-BHEL. The work includes inspection, rectification arcing/tracking marks, insulation defects & replacement of weak bus bar 6 Nos pedestal insulators. Replacement of 04 Nos separating insulator slots/insulation barriers, between panels. 05 Nos Bus Bar Insulating Sleeves wherever required. The work also includes complete cleaning of 1 33kV indoor panels. & bus bar insulation coating wherever required, checking of AC/DC control wiring and associated circuits, and rectification/replacement of faulty wiring. 3 Nos Defective panel heaters shall be checked &replaced as required. Replacement of 33kV PT fuses (6 Nos. Indoor PTs), Rated Voltage 3.3 KV. Rated Current 3.15Amp, Type High Voltage HRC Current Limiting Fuse of suitable rating shall also be carried out. Any defective parts/accessories required for reliable operation of the system shall be replaced. The work shall be executed as per applicable IS/IEC standards and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Complete mechanical and electrical overhauling, servicing, testing of 33kV Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) installed on 33/11kV, 10 MVA Power Transformer No.1 (Make: CGL). The work includes inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and rectification of the operating mechanism, main contacts, vacuum interrupter, closing and tripping coils, springs, linkages, control and protection circuits, auxiliary contacts, interlocks, indication circuits, wiring and terminal connections to ensure proper operation in both local/manual and remote modes. Necessary CRM, Insulation Resistance (IR) Test, breaker timing test and complete functional checks shall be carried out. Defective or worn-out components shall be repaired or replaced wherever required. The scope also includes replacement of 02 Nos. 20-Windows Annunciators, 02 Nos. Tripping Coils and 02 Nos. Closing Coils as spare for the 33kV VCB. After completion of the work, the VCB shall be tested, commissioned and handed over in satisfactory working condition for reliable and trouble-free operation. The work shall be executed as per applicable IS/IEC standards and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Rectification of air leakage and complete servicing of the aircompressor system and 220kV SF Circuit Breaker associated with 220/33kV, 25/31.5 MVA Power Transformer (Rated Voltage: 245kV, Rated Current: 2000A, Serial No. 256018, Make: Crompton Greaves, Year of Manufacture: 2007). The work includes detailed inspection, identification and rectification of all air leakage points, complete servicing of the air compressor, checking and servicing of air-lines, airreceiver, valves, pressure switches, air vent valve, NRVs, joints, fittings, gauges and 3 checking of the operating mechanism, linkages, control circuits, auxiliary contacts, interlocks, electrical and associated accessories. The scope also includescomplete servicing of the SF Circuit Breaker, including inspection, cleaning, and lubrication and mechanical components, and associated assemblies. Defective orworn-out components, including the air vent valve or any other faulty parts, shall be repaired or replaced wherever required. Aftercompletion of the work, all necessary functional and operational checks shall be carried out to ensure proper air pressuremaintenance and reliable, leak-free, safe and trouble-free operationof the complete SF, Circuit Breaker. The work shall be executed as perapplicable IS/IEC standards and to the satisfaction of Engineer-incharge.
