Non Comprehesive Annual Maintenance Contract of Kirloskar make 250 KVA DG set with AMF Panel. 1. Checking and servicing of DG Set Engine, Alternator and associated Electrical Systems (including AMF) for smooth running. 2.Checking & repairing of leaks i.e., of fuel, lubricating oil or coolant etc. if any and cleaning and replacement of Airfilters. 3. Coolant level and conditioning of coolant shall be checked and refilled if required. 4. Check and tighten as required, all external bolts, Hoses and clamps. 5. Checking proper functions of Governor and Alternator. 6. Immediate rectification of various faults (i.e., in Engine, Alternator, etc.) and its rectification at site. 7. Immediate rectification of various faults related to electrical systems (i.e., AMF panel, controllers etc.). Above mentioned points are indicative only. Please see Brief Particulars of Work in Tender Document for details.

Fuel Filter
Air Filter
Lubricating Oil Grade 15W 40
Coolant
12 Volt DC, 180 AH Battery, suitable for DG Set applications. (Exide Express or equivalent.) The Battery should have minimum Two years warranty.
AMF Relay Controller (Make- C&S Eelctric, RXA V2 or Equivalent.)
