Construction of RCC (G+1) building with shear walls as per detailed architectural drawings to be prepared and finalized based on the conceptual plans attached with the bid document including detailed planning and design and preparation of all architectural drawings (as required), structural drawings, Shop drawings, including proof checking of all structural drawings, planning, designing & execution of all services including internal water supply & sanitary installations, drainage, terrace service water tank, internal electrical installations, fire alarm & firefighting system, lightning protection system, Lifts (1No) etc., by incorporating stipulated specifications and integrating all internal & external services pertaining to Civil and E & M components with all external development works all complete as per directions of Engineer- in-Charge. The work shall be executed as per detailed specifications and scope of work mentioned in Part B & C. Note: Plinth area of Mumty room area, Entrance portico, Open fire escape staircase area are not included in the Plinth Area of the building. The quoted rates shall be including cost of these elements. Bidder shall quote the rate considering the above specific conditions. No claim for extra payment for additional plinth area and extra time for construction of these above said features shall be entertained.

Planning, Design and Construction of 1 No. RCC Under Ground Sump of 10,000 litres capacity for Domestic water storage and 1 No. RCC Under Ground sump of 10,000 litres capacity for STP treated water for flushing etc. using M40 grade concreting including leak testing etc., The work shall be executed as per detailed specifications and scope of work mentioned in Part B & C and drawings submitted by the agency and approved by Engineer in charge. The conceptual development plan enclosed along with the bid document shall be followed for execution by the bidder. The job consists of construction of two nos. of RCC UG sumps each of capacity 10,000 litres.

Planning, Design and Construction of Cement concrete pavement for internal road laid over subbase prepared with well compacted earth followed by 100mm thick PCC of grade M10 as base layer followed by 100-micron PVC sheet, over which 150 mm thick M40 grade Pavement Quality Cement concrete with required mechanical trowel finish to required texture to have better skid resistance, cutting of 4mm wide contraction joints to a depth of 50mm to divide the road surface into panels of size 3mX4M within 48 hours from the time of casting, including construction joints, if planned, and providing dowel bars as per IRC-58-2015 in such construction/expansion joints and filling all the joints with suitable PU sealant to a depth of 10mm over backer rods all complete. The contraction joints shall be widened by saw cutting after 28 days to a width of 10mm before filling the PU sealant in the joints. The job includes providing and fixing CC kerb stone at both edges of road over 100 mm thick PCC of grade M10. Work includes construction of road i/c all layers as per drawings & specifications submitted by the agency and approved by Engineer in charge, fixing and painting kerb stones etc., The work shall be executed as per detailed specifications and scope of work mentioned in Part B and drawings submitted by the agency and approved by Engineer in charge. The conceptual development plan enclosed along with the bid document shall be followed for execution by the bidder.

Planning, Design and Construction of footpaths with 22mm thick Cement concrete chequered tiles laid over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 as per approved design and pattern. The base course of footpath shall be with 100 mm thick PCC of grade M-10 over sub base prepared with well compacted earth. 100-micron PVC sheet shall be laid over the compacted earth before laying PCC base to avoid loss of cement slurry. The job includes fixing of CC kerb stone of grade M-30 at both edges over 100 mm thick PCC of grade M10. Work includes construction of footpath and portico i/c all layers as per drawings & specifications submitted by the agency and approved by Engineer in charge, fixing and painting kerb stones, saucer drains (if required). The work shall be executed as per detailed specifications and scope of work mentioned in Part-B. The conceptual development plan enclosed along with the bid document shall be followed for execution by the bidder.

Construction of Reinforced cement concrete toe wall of required height as per the site plans and cross section of RCC toe wall attached alongwith the bid document using M25 grade concrete laid over 100 mm thick with PCC of M10 grade. Work includes design and drawings as per bid conditions & CPWD Specifications and obtaining approval of Engineer-in-charge. The conceptual development plan enclosed along with the bid document shall be followed for execution by the bidder.

Planning, Design, supply, laying and testing of Sewer line network with RCC NP2 pipes including the connection of the main line to 10 KLD package STP including construction of manholes of required size, shape and depth all complete and as per direction of Engineer- in- charge and conceptual drawings attached with the bid document. The work shall be executed as per detailed specifications/scope of work mentioned in Part-B and drawings submitted to be by the agency and approved by Engineer-in-charge. The conceptual development plan enclosed along with the bid document shall be followed for execution by the bidder.

Treated domestic water supply. The conceptual development plan enclosed along with the bid document shall be followed for execution by the bidder.

Flushing water supply (STP treated water supply lines). The conceptual development plan enclosed along with the bid document shall be followed for execution by the bidder.

Design, supply, installation/ laying, testing and commissioning of streetlights in the developed area using post top & bollard fittings for pathways/pavements etc so as to achieve sufficient illumination complete as required. The work shall be executed as per detailed specifications, conceptual development drawings made part of the bid documents and scope of work mentioned in Part-C and drawings to be submitted by the agency and approved by the Engineer in charge The conceptual development plan enclosed along with the bid document shall be followed for execution by the bidder.

Design, supply, installation/ laying, testing and commissioning of electrical service connection from tapping point including protection, route markers, chambers, earthwork, supports, modifications etc complete as required as per the conceptual routing plan attached with the bid document. The work shall be executed as per detailed specifications and scope of work mentioned in Part-C and drawings submitted to be by the agency and approved by the Engineer in charge.The conceptual development plan enclosed along with the bid document shall be followed for execution by the bidder.
